I had spent some time looking for a chain for my 30 year old chainsaw. found abbeypro.co.uk by googleing Makita 5014b chainsaw blade. immediately this company came up with a list of chains mine was on it orpered it and received it within 4 days fabulous site try it reg thorpe

The web site was easy to use and when I called for some advice, that was easy to do and the advice clear and helpful

I ordered some items just a few days before Christmas and was delighted when they arrived in time for the big day! Using Royal Mail was excellent - they are by far the most reliable for delivering to us. The items were well packed. I have 'bookmarked' AbbeyPro and I sure I'll be back!

good service arrived quick went back quick boots too narrow not happy with having to pay £15 to return them did not want a replacement just in case I had to pay another £15.Dont buy boots if you cant try them on cost too much.

no problem with customer service,in fact v.good .purchased a jakmax bar and chain for my chainsaw and the chain broke the 2nd time of using on 1cm thick laurel bushes.won,t buy again.

I have found Abbey Pro's lack of communication regarding an order frustrating. They failed to advise me that an order item was out of stock and on back order which is inconvenient. When I requested timescale for delivery I was emailed a reference number but no other details which would have been helpful, like the delivery company's name etc.

At this price it's hardly worth the time sharpening old chains. Just buy a new one! Speedy delivery too. Thanks for keeping me logging.
