Very disappointing to go onto website and find that you can no longer order crackers online and receive them by post. Which I have been doing for several years, and now unless you live in or near Woodstock, Oxfordshire and can attend a Christmas Fayre you cannot purchase. Whilst I understand costs have gone up, people don’t mind paying for quality. I feel let down it’s like online customers no longer count, not even a blanket email to subscribers to let us know. Feels like we supported them to a point and now we’ve just been dropped.

Beautiful hand made crackers for Christmas Day. They are so pretty I almost don’t want to pull them! Fast delivery and great customer service. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been buying my crackers from Cracker Emporium now for several years and I am always vey happy with them.

The first thing that attracted me to the Cracker Emporium was the attractive appearance of their Little Red Robin crackers. Even better it was possible to buy individual crackers. I bought three. Two with contents chosen from the company’s list and one to fill myself. A tick list was included with the crackers when delivered, helpfully showing the exact contents of both filled crackers. I was impressed by the range of fillings to chose from and the speed of delivery. The only downside - The crackers look too pretty to pull.
I will be ordering from this company again.

Great to be able to get what you want instead of having loads of leftover crackers and to get good items inside instead of rubbish. I ordered different crackers for different days of the season and there was a good choice and they are good quality, will definitely use again

Excellent fill your own crackers. Exquisite design. Nothing for landfill as the wrappings can be a planted in the garden and are impregnated with wild flower seeds so you can still benefit from your Christmas crackers in summer.

Fabulous Christmas crackers, I have bought them before and will order again, fantastic service, highly recommended.

Bit disappointed, thought it would be lovely to have decent crackers ,they look OK,but looking at the contents list which takes away a surprise if opting for a 'quality'gift I find we have a lip balm,which is of no use to us and will go in bin and apparently seed balls ,again no use or interest to us,the list of possible contents has some nice things but I didn't receive any of those.I will still have to go and buy some suitable crackers Would not buy again.Very disappointed.

Cracker Emporium and its owner Andrew always go above and beyond in my opinion with their customer service. The crackers are really beautifully made and well worth the money.

It was great to find somewhere to buy crackers made in England instead of China at a reasonable price. The crackers were a good quality and arrived well packaged. Best of all it was perfect to be able to buy the exact number of crackers that I needed so won’t be left waisting unwanted ones or having to store them until I can find a suitable time to use them. Will be buying crackers from here again.

I was looking for traditional Christmas crackers that were plastic free. These are exactly what I wanted. Beautifully hand crafted. They arrived very quickly and I’m

I have bought my crackers from cracker emporium for the last three years and wouldn't buy them anywhere else now. I searched for ages to find crackers made in this country. I love them and the gifts are really useful and also come from small businesses in this country. They are beautifully made and the service is really good.

The crackers looked lovely and worked well.
Our Christmas dinner was postponed, so we .have only just used the crackers. The ability to customise the contents was very useful as our group looks after the garden at the local station. We now have wildflowers to grow and everyone received a small train!

Fantastic prompt service, I needed help with finalising my order & Andrew replied to my email straight away. The crackers arrived safely but are for Christmas Day so I cannot comment on their contents at this time.
