Fantastic service
I bought a rug from the firm and the next day was e-mailed to inform me that it was out of stock with manufacturers and would take a few weeks to be delivered. I was offered my money back but decided to go for another rug which turned out to be more expensive . The helpful man at customer service gave me the rug for the same price as the out of stock rug . This price was £35 cheaper than our local store and was delivered within 3 days instead of the 4 weeks delivery time our local store had given us.

Supply of Karndeen floor care kit
Ordered Karndeen floor cleaning and polishing solutions from Abbey on three occasions. Staff are helpful and products coming quickly by Royal Mail. Pricing is competitive and the actual products refresh the flooring.

Seashell Theme
Having moved to the seaside I was so pleased to find a UK company that sold a mat with a seashell design. The mat arrived promptly and was exactly as described. I am very pleased with it and the service provided by Abbey Carpets. My neighbours are all commenting on the design.
