Outright dangerous

Chris built my loft conversion under one of his many previous company names. “CCW Lofts” . It was the worst mistake I have ever made. To this day my family and I are still paying the price for his penny pinching bodge ups
There are literally to many to mention. But here are a few highlights.
During the build he flooded my son’s bedroom when he repositioned my boiler. Days later he flooded my stairs landing with water from another leak which he had created.
A few months after he left site i notice that my toilet was leaking underneath the system. When this was investigated it was discovered that the seal he had used was too small. Instead of replacing it with the correct seal at a cost of £1.38 he bodged it up with silicone. This was a trick he used throughout my plumbing system. I also had damp coming through the floor where the waste pipe from the toilet had not be connected properly.
When he repositioned my boiler he replace the original copper condenser pipe with a cheap plastic one which literally fell off the wall. He then replacing this with a pipe which was to small. This froze up and left me with no heating or hot water. He also left a 10mm gap in the wall around the condenser pipe which wasps used as an entrance and made a nest in my eves
The gutters were missing multiple seals which gushed out water every time it rained. None of the lead flashing was beaten down so this had to be re-done. He fitted the under floor heating incorrectly so this had to be re-fitted.
I notice that two extractor fans which he fitted were not working even though the fan was spinning. The bathroom was steaming up excessively causing black mold. When the fans were checked they weren’t even connected to a pipe so the steam from the shower was going straight up in to my ceiling cavity.
Chris clearly doesn’t care about your property or your family’s safety. He will happily make a dangerous bodge job as long as he saves a few pennys.
This guy should not be trading he is out right dangerous. It has cost me £1000s putting right the damage he has done to my family home.
Please stay away from this company. Im sure he will be operating under yet another name before long.
If Watch Dog don’t catch up with him first.

Avoid at all costs.

Was previously named CCW lofts. Made a complete hash of the roof on our loft conversion. Insufficient flashing, no guttering, holes large enough for birds to nest in. The water continued to pour in and it ended up costing 5k to put right. Christopher Charles decided to go bankrupt instead of putting things right. Looks like he has rebranded. Avoid like the plague, and save yourself a lot of stress and money
