Bad installation by a rude worker
Gave a phone call, Antonio was to busy, told me "Will call you asap" never called. Went to the shop, poor customer service, maybe not interesting in stairs carpet sales.... on future call finally got that carpet was for home entrance stairs. Yes I have to say they book installation fast after paying 1/2 money, the man came to install the carpet next saturday. Poor finished job for a man with 25+ years doing same job as he said.... When finished I did make clear installation wasn't good enough, poor finish, PU underlay gave bumps to some steps, under glued in some front steps, bump for some old gripper that never removed becuase he didn't care, when pointed the man did fixed but not happy at all and wanted to got the final payment in cash, got even more unhappy when told him not making payment to him; i did called the shop, didn't give not much interest just wanted to know if I'm going to pay, unfortunately I did transfer the final payment and of course they disappear for more than a month. Even they say the take the old carpet when job finished (which I uninstalled and disposed myself) the installation man left all his s**t behind and left without saying even good bye. I had to clean all, repair what the rude guy didn't do properly and cut all the plastic strings left for carpet bad cutting... they are 3 more rooms in the flat for carpet and flooring, they for sure are NOT getting the job.
