Around 12:00 p.m.

Around 12:00 p.m., my relative and I went to the 7-Eleven in Pekan Kota. I am very disappointed with the attitude of the staff named Amira. She was extremely rude. I am a resident of the Kota area, and I’m willing to go to another outlet instead. This is not the first time . it has happened many times. She never smiles and speaks in a disrespectful manner. I waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes to make a payment, and the staff was nowhere to be seen. This has happened repeatedly, not only to me but also to my friends. I truly hope action will be taken against this staff member.

And I heated up my onigiri . I politely asked if there was a paper bag or something I could use as a holder, but she completely ignored me. This is unacceptable.

FEELING TAGAPAGMANA NA MANAGER

Before telling your people na lagyan ng puso ang pagwowork nila sa 711 ask your area managers are they human? Asking each crew during their restday/leave to be present on the audit tapos di naman bayad wherein managers/tl are supposed to know when is the audit para maiwasan ang absent or leave. Wishing these managers and tls rot in hell. Preach yourself

Awful customer service. Inappropriate attitude.

09-30-25 I walked into the Westfield ny store at 5ish in the morning and got a few items.more than what I could carry but managed. When checking out the over night girl just walked away & disappeared with out asking me if I needed a bag or not. I just said im a calm voice ill try a carry my items with a bag cause I see your busy doing other things. She immediately started yelling at me very disrespectfully and said I was rude and was going to refuse service. Well #1 you did that by walking away and not offering a bag & two coming off saying I was rude when initially she was the one coming off rude/unprofessional. Her customer service is lacked and undisciplined. Im fine not going in when she is working. I've got other stores to shop at like crosbys or tim Hortons. Js

Fraudulent and criminal

I have never used their app but I do have it installed and they sent me a notification to get five wings for $3. So I drove out of my way to get there got my wings pulled up their app and showed them the barcode and when he scanned it the wings went from $5 to $5.05 and then discounted back to $5 even. What gets me so much about this is I pointed it out to the cashier who then proceeded to insist again and again and again that I got my discount which I absolutely did not I had a 16 oz Coca-Cola and five wings and my bill was $8.47 so if I got $3 wings then I paid $5.47 for a Coke. So I complained and they replied with several different websites I should "try". No thanks. Moving on. Then they called me again this time from corporate but they had a man call who didn't speak a single word of English. Seriously, I couldn't even get his name. So they're adding insult to injury. This store (Westminster, MD, technically in Taylorsville) is a fraudulent and criminal Enterprise. Not only will they steal your money but then they'll look you in the eye and tell you they didn't.

Nice staff!

Not only are staff really nice, but the food their is also really good and they'll heat up a pizza for free which is really helpful as i use EBT, overall, 7/11 is full of great employees, service, and super helpful..

Definetly NOT 24 hours

Definetly NOT 24 hours! It's always closed from 1am until 5am but all the signs say 24 hours. At least the one on van nuys is actually open.

The 7-11 in (Lagrange

The 7-11 in (Lagrange, GA) is poor management. And the HR people never call and see what going on with employees. Are help there employees out I been trying to get in touch with HR and nobody returned a call yet and it’s been 4 weeks now

There are three employees working inside. It's 10:27 and there's no coffee. I told them we were out of coffee, but they choose not to hear me because they're talking loudly among themselves. I'm an Uber driver. Naturally, we stop somewhere every hour to get our coffee because we're very hard workers. This shouldn't happen in a company like Seven Eleven.

About 7-11 local Bedford store located…

About 7-11 local Bedford store located at 183 Highway and Brown Trail. We hate going in there because the management is always rude and snarky towards customers, especially older people who are asking where things are. The manager told me today that the Lottery stand is located on the left side of the store. He took me there, then walked me over to the right of the store when he found it had been moved. He jestered to me with two fingers from his eyes to look for things! I smiled and went to the stand, only to find there were no pencils or pens. So I went outside to fill out my lottery sheets and brought in a pen I donated to the stand. I also got some Muscle Milk that did not ring up as 2 for $7 as posted. I requested a check. He went to the refrigerator, removed the sign, and said, "No, this is not the right product; it is peanut butter, not chocolate."
I had to ask him twice to see the tag, and I wanted to photograph it, but he wouldn't let me. I asked him to show me the tag he had, and I pointed out that it does say 2 for 7 Muscle Milk! OH, not this one, he said. And the manager was mad at me. He said, "You are making this hard for me for no reason!" Ok, you got the deal here. This is what you owe. I apologize, sir, but you still haven't given me the posted offer. You are still ringing up six Muscle Milk for $26.98 instead of $21.00. This is not what you advertised, and I told him that he was disrespectful to say I am making it hard for him, asking him to be fair! And should not talk to his customers, who are asking to be fair and have the correct information. He was even madder, and I felt threatened, so I exited the place. I intend to ask all older people to boycott the store and realize they will not get fairness and will not be treated WITH RESPECT.

Something is wrong in the delivery room…

Something is wrong in the delivery room at 7/11.
I ordered 3 packs of pork rinds and received instead 3 packs of fries. First,I received a text that the order was cancelled. As I am reordering the front desk clerk comes by to give me the delivery from 7/11. He said the delivery person did not know where to deliver. I explained that I sent the driver a text asking him to bring me matches and to deliver to room 102.
I needed a pork snack. I am a diabetic. I am still cooking a meal now Chinese sausage to and shrimp with onions,peppers, orange slices in a black bean sauce. Of course. white rice. I am tired and still did not eat yet.

Everything you need

Visited a couple of 7/11 stores in Thailand. There were small, but somehow had everything you need :) Staff was always polite and the best part stores were open 24/7.

The Oakfield

The Oakfield, NY 7-Eleven really needs to train their employees about Lottery rules and IRS regulations as it applies to legal receipts. I'm tired of having to argue with the Senior Cashiers who refuse to accept the fact that the IRS sets the regulations and laws regarding lottery winnings. They think that they are the final voice on what constitutes a receipt. Too little knowledge is indeed a dangerous thing!

Do not use 7-Eleven!

Traveling from FL to Niagra Falls stopped at the 7-eleven in Nanda Ny needed to use the ladies room and would fill up. NO restrooms for patrons refused to allow use. Well did not get gas there nor anything else and never wil at any 7-eleven. Very rural no other gas stations for miles. What rhe heck is wrong with them???
