I was parked in the handicapped parking spot for 4 minutes, I am a disabled veteran and I have a Handicapped placard. The cashier came out and started yelling at me for being parked at the South West Fort Myers Airport for too long Threatening me that she was calling the police!? What the F&$@k is the matter with these kids? No respect and cursing at me.

Absolutely horrible place. They cause food poisoning and when confronted, they offer to give you the food poisoning for free.
After voicing my discontent with this, the female "supporter" just said, in two lines, that they are sad that I am not satisfied with the 4.5 dollars they would offer me for the incident and now that they refuse to reimburse the burger even - "the case is closed now on our end" was the last of the two lines she could muster the will to write.. Incredibly unprofessional. The discontent was clear on her part. She did not want to help, just sweep it under the rug.

Copenhagen airport - I bought 3 bread rolls and 1 cinnamon bun - all were so hard I could have lost a tooth... Maybe you live on people traveling and can't complain - but I was there to get someone and bought the bread and sweet as a surprise - what a surprise, it was inedible - thank you so very much for ruining the moment. .. And the service was "amazing" - I asked for the price of the bread rolls and was told - I could look myself. ..

Thankfully there are other options in the airport -because me and mine will never ever come in your store again

Today, 10. June 2016 in DK-Sonderborg I was looking forward to wash my car. I went to the Shell/7-eleven fuel station with the Turtle Vask car wash. But when I saw the result my mood changed into disappointment.

- Dirty front & front window: The car wash could not clean the insects. Even big ones where still sitting on the paint, headlights and number plate. When I checked with my fingers I could easily release them.

- Many little spots on the paint: The car is full of little spots now. Probably due to some chemical in the water and the poor drying after the wash. Unfortunately the sports are visible even though I dried the paint by hand afterwards. I hope its just soap residue.

When I complained in the store, a man had a look on the car. He then started to clean the insects by hand with a brush and it worked. The white spots are difficult to clean. Also they are all over the the car, so no point in cleaning by hand. In the end he basically recommended me to search for another car wash.

Conclusion: Avoid Turtle Vask at Shell / 7-Eleven

I don't know if anyone reads this but I must share my frustration with you. For 5 days I am trying to replace my Periodekort in Copenhagen because it was washed with my laundry, and I am not managing to do it for various reasons. First some young salespeople at Østerport didn't know how to do it, then the next day I found out that I need to bring a new photo (although the old one was still OK). Then I went to a 7/11 where they don't issue Periodekorts...
When I finally took a new photo, found the right 7/11 where they can issue Periodekort, at Østerport, the salesperson told me that he is too busy and that he doesn't want to do it.
I don't know how is this possible, but when I saw your score on Trustpilot, I thought maybe that is not so unusual.
Again, I don't know if anyone will read this e-mail, but I am really hurt by non-professionality and the complexity of your services.
