Didnt this company fire their employee because she shot a guy that tried to murder her after trying to pass a 100 dollar fake bill?
Horrible owner manager lady - store 42406
Horrible owner manager lady! Tag says franchise. Kept repeating that she wasn’t responsible for points when I tried to use my points for a $2.00 ice cup. Then my husband grabbed the wrong drinks accidentally for which she didn’t provide the receipt for. When he went immediately back to get the correct ones she blew a fit and began to get loud and aggressive about him not having a receipt and shook the money and continued to lecture loudly. Her son/manager had to stop her and just process the refund. At which time she refused to process the correct drinks and stated we were not welcome back, as if anyone would go to her store willingly after that experience - if she hates her job so much maybe finding another one might be best? Nasty lady!!
Fired for Defending their LIFE!!!!
How can an AMERICAN company Fire an employees for defending their life. That POLICY should be null and void. Life is irreplaceable and there is no coming back from dying. I Pray To God that 7-11, and any affiliate has so much protest and Boycotts that they all go bankrupt and have to shut down permanently. I for one will NEVER shop at any 7-11 or affiliate in my life ever again. Period.
The 711 on north tuttle Ave in Sarasota…
The 711 on north tuttle Ave in Sarasota fl has the most miserable horrible people working there I've ever experienced. I'm a LIFELONG customer and I never find myself writing reviews on anything EVER the fact that I even wasted the time and energy to write this is a testament to how bad it is I've never been treated so poorly by any other 711 ever those people hate there job to the extreme. Whether it's listening to personal devices so loud they just can't hear you or flat out ignoring you or just being straight up rude I don't know what the problem is there they don't even like each other and have famously screamed ar each other while simultaneously being rude to customers DO BETTER
Would rather have dead employee over an alive one.
Will never shop at a 7/11 again. They fired an employee who was being strangled by an angry customer for exercising self-defense. I hope this company fits in the ground. Time to make exercising self-defense with good reason immune from legal and jin termination ramifications.
Terrible Experience
I walked into the gas station at the 711 on 2225 W University Dr, half the store had been mopped so I tried my best to walk around it. The employee then started to yell at me calling me vulgar names even though I had tried my best to avoid the wet floor.
I went in Friday Night 11/22/25 at around 2am and the employee was an African American man. I really hope this issue is looked into and resolved or I will be telling everyone to never go here again.

3.00 to air up my tire
3.00 to air up my tire! This is crazy. I feel sorry for anyone that literally, and understandably can't afford this! Times are harder than ever. I'm just so disappointed. Oncue has free air. It used to be flipped. I was all for Oklahoma based busineses, but I dont think that I can support you anymore. I had no idea that you were doing this.
Customer service
Customer service: NONE. Put paper in the gas pumps for gas receipts or hire more people so you don’t have to wait in a log line and have the cashier accuse the customer of having an attitude when asking for receipt. Will never go back to 7-11 sandmine.
Apparently you can't even pay with cash now!
DUDE. Im currently sick and stayed home from school today i wanted to give my mum a little treat for looking after me so I take twenty bucks from my brothers piggy bank WHO IS FIVE BTW. And go grabbing my needed ingredients and going to the counter there was a lady and everything was fine until she looked up at my note and deemed it "fake" i stared blankly because wtf do you mean it's fake its from a five year olds piggy bank and I am a 13 yr old why the flip would i purposely try and scam a store seven eleven especially? Also when I asked if she could prove it was fake she ignored me and keep insisting it was fake like what? Dude. I barley know how to print pages for assignments correctly like how would I know how to make fake money AND at the age of 13?? Also after that feeling bad and wondering how on earth my brother had apparently got a fake note i did some research turns out SHE LIED. It wasn't fake it had a tiny rip in the corner which isn't mine nor my brothers fault and in Australian laws a tiny rip in the corner is fine meaning she clearly had not done her research and had just guessed overall I'd understand if it was a small mistake but she literally didn't do any tests to make sure her statement was correct which means quite clearly she probably shouldn't be working at a seven eleven counter space..
Avoid the 7-Eleven at Mason & Clyde…
Avoid the 7-Eleven at Mason & Clyde Morris.
The customer service here is beyond unacceptable — rude, hostile, zero empathy, and absolutely no professionalism.
I approached the store while helping a disabled homeless man who was stuttering, hungry, and trying to gather enough change for a bus ride. I gave him what I could — simple human decency.
An employee immediately stormed outside, yelling at him to leave, even though he wasn’t causing a problem. I told her respectfully, “He needs help, not harassment.”
When I went inside to purchase my own items — cash in hand — the employee refused to serve me because I helped him, and even threatened to call the police.
For showing kindness.
A second employee then came out and doubled down on the threats. That was my cue to leave. I walked out and went to Wawa, which is cheaper anyway and actually treats people with respect.
This store is always empty, and after tonight I know exactly why.
If you value basic human decency, avoid this location. Daytona deserves better.

October 2015 RIP my rewards account
I contacted this app multiple times about an inquiry and they couldn’t even help me, I had a VOIP number attached and it refuses to send me a code to the number and I had created an account in 2015 of October, and they told me to merge my account. When I did they didn’t tell me that it would delete my account that I wanted to keep. Shit this is the third ignorant company to do this, last one was AMC when I told them I wanted to keep an old account. Are people just being stupid or am I missing something? Next time I’ll just do the opposite and say that I’d like to close my oldest account maybe they’ll do the opposite. If my six YO cousin could understand which account to delete then you should to.
7-Eleven is a convenient store to grab…
7-Eleven is a convenient store to grab quick food and drinks, but I often find it disappointing during peak hours.
In the morning and at lunchtime, many food items are already sold out, leave me very few options for food. It is frustrating when I'am in a hurry and can’t find what I want.
I really hope the store can restock food more often throughout the day, especially during busy times, so that customers have more choices.
Peak
7/11 is a wonderful place that has basically everything (consumption wise) I could ever want. Also I got a big slurpy the other day and it tasted pretty good. The floors were also pretty clean too. -MB
Extremely Disappointed
Extremely Disappointed
I was shocked to find several stones in the sandwich I bought from 7-Eleven, Kastrup airport. This isn’t just poor quality — it’s a serious safety issue. I could have easily chipped a tooth or worse. When I contacted the store, their response was dismissive and unhelpful, saying there wasn’t much they could do.
I expected better quality control and accountability from such a large brand. Finding stones in food is completely unacceptable, and the lack of concern only makes it worse. I hope 7-Eleven takes this seriously and reviews their suppliers and food safety standards.
Unethical Promotion
711 promoted a 10 dollar credit on the first delivery order.
Upon placing the first delivery order the promotion was NOT applied.
Upon calling now there is "nothing we can do". So effectively I was scammed into placing my "first order" and had no ability to recoup the 10 dollars as credit even over the phone. They gave me a ticket number to call back on about temporary discounts but with an expiration of 30 days. Whereas the original deal was your "first" order. I just placed my first order and it is very rare that I get a gas station to deliver to my house less it be at the wee hours of night and walmart is not open. Very clever and well played but being on the losing side of this deal. I felt it was my due diligence to review as such. They had a buy 1 pizza get 1 free sale here today 31 October 2025 and I attempted to use the service effectively.
Fuel locks Misleading
Locked in the Fuel price at 157.8 last week
Fuel Went up over the weekend and went to a local Seven Eleven which was 213.8
Filled the car right up expecting to pay the amount locked in.
Only to find that the Fuel locked difference in the terms and Conditions is 25 cents difference?
I paid 188.8 in the end
The fuel lock is very misleading .
They need to change the name or put a message in when you lock it about the difference
The attendant told me this is something new they have put in to stop people getting an advantage over them when the price rise and people are told about it over the News.
YOUR A BULLION DOLLAR COMPANY!!!!
LOOK AFTER YOUR CUSTOMERS - JOKE!!!
Slurpee
It was around 3, after school, i had jus picked up the kids and we headed in for a slurpee, thats when a horde of young boys come in demanding free slurpees? the cashier said no and they grabbed all the stale food and started hurdling them at her.
I told them to get lost but they scared my kids off, a man on a bike comes in and he grabs all the young buys and throws them outside, I tell my kids to come back inside and we quickly grab a slurpee, they start filling up their cups, but it wont stop, the slurpee keeps on coming, two minutes later it seems like i giant pink, blue and brown slurpee had taken over the shop, the cashier was mad at the kids from earlier, and they come back into the shop and start wreaking havoc with the lollies.
She grabs a giant vape, takes a puff and blows it at the boys, the giant slurpee blobs starts melting, along with the kids running away on their bikes.
I grab my kids, throw them in the car, and take their slurpees. Never visiting again, Cola flavour slurpee was nice tho
