There are others who try to catch you with the good name 4rent, but they don't have the same quality and trust ( was my bad experience in the past I have to say).

I was led to choose the company by positive opinions, no need to obtain a credit card and clear terms and conditions of the service, without any catch.

After arrival, the car was waiting in the agreed parking lot, the employee handing over the car spoke plain English, handing over the car took a moment. The car was clean, fragrant, with low mileage. Even the tires were blackened.

It was similar when handing over the car - quickly, without clinging. The receiving employee only asked if everything was OK, walked around the car and wished a nice flight.

The high rating of the company is well deserved. I recommend using 4rent services.

Excellent car rental to deal with. I rented a large Fiat 500 for the weekend. It was in perfect condition. Collection and drop off was smooth and stress free. Will definitely use again next time I’m in Thessaloniki.

The office was directly outside the arrivals doors, so easy to find and return the car to.
No credit card needed, we paid the cash balance, showed our documents and were off on our 10 day trip to the mountains. That economic small car was fantastic on the hairpin bends and roads!!
When we dropped the car off, it was just drop and go, as easy as that.

We were 4 hours delayed arriving at Thessaloniki airport and although it was very late, the representative was waiting for us. We had booked a small category A automatic car and we got given a very nice SUV with low mileage. There were very few formalities and after checking our driving licences we were on our way. We have rented a lot of cars in Europe and this was by far the best experience we ever had. Highly recommend and very good price, including fully comprehensive insurance.

We couldn't fault this company.
Our car was delivered to our hotel on time, they delivered a brand new car which was a hybrid car so we got very good mileage.
When we dropped it back off at Thessaloniki Airport someone was there to meet us I would definitely use them again.

Even though our flight was delayed, our car was waiting for us at the airport parking when we arrived.

Really good company to use . Arrived at the ticket office where the car was waiting ,paid the balance in cash, checked fuel and off we drove . Return was equally as easy . Arrived back at the same parking 4 , the guy was waiting for us , quick look round , friendly chat and we were into departures in no time. Would use again

In my opinion, 4Rent deserves a high rating. Getting your car to the airport is a big advantage. Punctuality, without unnecessary bureaucracy, payment on the spot in cash and by credit card. The entire operation took no more than 10 minutes. We got a Toyota Aygo car with low mileage, clean and fragrant :)
The return of the car is also quick and easy in the same place, i.e. directly at the airport.
We drove 500 km for a week without any problems.
Full insurance included in the price of the car - in other rental companies you have to pay extra, and then it is not so cheap.

Easiest and most convenient rental at the airport in Thessaloniki. Car was ready just outside the Arrival terminal.

No hassle, no sales pitch, no additional costs, fully recommend it.

Highly disappointed with the customer service of 4rent Thessaloniki. I prepaid in Euro for a week-long car rental for a trip to Thessaloniki at the end of March 2020. My flights and trip were cancelled due to Covid. The car rental was also cancelled. 4rent Thessaloniki held my money for the whole period of 90 days (that is the maximum stated in the terms and conditions). Service starts at the time a customer and a company get in a contract; this is when one becomes a customer for a company. 4rent Thessaloniki held my money for 3 months, without having provided any service, and in a very difficult period for everyone. They refunded me on 91st day after the refund period started. They took advantage of the situation and acted in a way that is not different from all the airlines against which people put legal complaints. This is unacceptable way to treat your customers. I would definitely not recommend using a company with such poor judgement and such poor customer service in a period where travellers too have been suffering financial and other losses. When there is a party it is easy for everyone to be high. But high quality companies prove themselves when the circumstances are tough. And 4rent Thessaloniki failed to prove themselves. I will not be returning. I would highly advise you if you do choose 4rent Thessaloniki not to prepay and to be sure it will be during a party period.

Just some clarifications:
1) My review describes facts and my assessment of 4rent Thessaloniki quality of services based on the facts. There is no speculation, no imaginary data, no interpretation. What happened and how this made me feel as a 4rent Thessaloniki customer.
2) The refund was put in on the 91st day after the Terms and Conditions of the company state that the refund period starts. This is not less, but just at the time of 90 days.
3) Greek laws do not have international power. Transactions completed internationally through internet have very specific laws. The Terms and Conditions of the company, are also very specific.
4) I am not sure how admitting that it would be alright to hold someone else's money without offering any service for 18 months, serves any good for the company. But if 4rent Thessaloniki feel that this is ok, that it is a sacrifice for the company to hold their customers money for 3 months for services they did not provide and give their money back on the 91st day, then 4rent Thessaloniki prove the case of poor customer service and it can indeed put to rest.
