Best car hire experience ever. Such a quick and easy process for picking up and dropping off the car. We arrived in Greece an hour earlier than we expected, but the driver was already there to give us the car. Fantastic service and an amazingly cheap price. Will definitely hire again from 4rent. The best car hire service I have ever used. They were responsive from the booking, have a great system where you can make a suggestion on the price, flawless and easy pick up and drop off with absolutely no quibbles. The price was exactly as advertised, there was no car inspection as it automatically covered full damage. You go to the carpark and a lovely friendly person gives you the keys and you drive out, so simple. The same on the way back, let them know when you are returning the car and they take the keys and that's it.

Car hire is usually a nightmare with a battle over wherever a scratch was there already, having extra fees you didn't expect or complex insurance but this was a complete dream and actually restored my faith in renting cars again.

A really good service that is offered in Thessaloniki.
My plane was 13 hours late. I contacted the guys and for only 15€in extra they had my car found at 4 am, a service no other company does. This was essential since the apartment I had booked was 1h from the airport. They also did not have any car available in the category I indicated and provided me with one in a higher category.
If you want to be on the safe side choose them they are safe esuper professional

We were very pleased by the service at the airport as our car was ready as soon, as we arrived at the parking place and the takeover only tool 5 minutes. Also when we came back everything was very quick. We would book our car again by this company! 5 Stars from us.

Looking for a good car rental company in Thessaloniki wasn't easy. They were all rated very poorly. Except one that was unknown to me: 4Rent. I took the gamble and wasn't disappointed. First of all they have an interesting procedure of handing over the car. They bring the car to P4 but staying there is only free for 20 minutes so you have to be accurate in informing them (by phone or via whatsapp) about the time you will arrive there. Then the car exchange is a procedure of only minutes and you'll leave P4 with the parking ticket they give you.
About the car and the procedure: the car (hybrid and automatic) was wonderful. It had a new feel and was in great shape. No hassle about extra insurances they were trying to sell, just a quick walk around the car. They offer you the key and the P4 parking ticket and off you go. Returning the car is just as easy. Again, you inform them as accurately as possible about your time of arrival on P4. You take the parking ticket, wait for them to arrive and give them the car key and the parking ticket. Another quick check around the car and that's it. You say goodbye and check in on your flight.

Clean and new car. Excellent price but above all, they allow to go with it to the different islands by ferry. Top Rental Companies doesn’t allow…!!!

I rented a car in August this year for a one week. Employee was waiting for me on Airport Parking and this place it’s easy to find. My car was in very good condition, no scratches, I received it very clean and it smelled nice. I am always afraid when I rent a car, but 4rent have very helpful stuff and I wrote to them before making my reservation. They answered very quickly to all my questions. They have very good insurance so I felt safe traveling Greece. I really recommend 4rent and next time in Thessaloniki I will rent a car from them for sure. I wish all car rentals would be like this one. I trust them and I don’t regret it at all.

Very easy to rent on their website, with all the information needed, received an email with all the steps to pick up the car at the airport, very easy, the guy was waiting for us, almost a new car, only took few minutes, the same on the return, the person was there waiting for us at the airport and only took few minutes to leave the car, the easiest-fastest car I ever rent, emergency numbers in a card inside the car. The car was almost new and very clean. No hidden charges or anything like that.

I would give 5 stars to 4Rent Thessaloniki as a perfect score for booking, picking up the car and for the helpful staff, but in this instance my score is only 3 stars because of their poor accident claim procedures.

I reported a knock on the front driver's side door during my rental period, as part of their terms & conditions. The insurance underwriters Allianz insisted that the claim must be processed immediately, (despite my assurance that the car was secure and roadworthy) and wanted to inspect the car at an arranged location. The process took some 16 calls & messages to arrange and interrupted our holiday. Why don't they sort any claims at the end of the rental period when the car is returned? I had paid for a comprehensive, zero excess cover!

Great company!! We were phoned from the parking area by our host who spoke excellent English. We video recorded the car condition on uplift and returned the vehicle 13 days later without any hassle or fuss. Will definitely use this firm again when in Greece. Thanks guys
