poorf service. didnt supply the car we orderd. stole extra chrge on siite after i paid for full insurance - they said its not include wheels and mirors and charge us extra 50euro because the inside car was " dirty" ( was perfect clean with a little sand) they were agrasive and force us to pay for cleaning. poor experience

Absolutely the worst customer service experience we have ever had.

We arrived with a roof storage carrier specifically designed for carrying luggage on top of a car. Before our trip, we checked that this is legal and allowed in Greece. Instead of calmly explaining their company policy or trying to help us find a solution, several employees immediately started yelling at us, claiming that it was illegal and that we would receive a serious fine if the police stopped us.

When we politely tried to explain that we had researched the issue beforehand and that roof luggage carriers are legal, the employees continued to shout at us. Shortly after, a man who introduced himself as the manager came over and spoke to us in an extremely rude, disrespectful, and aggressive manner. He ordered us to remove the carrier and refused to have a normal conversation.

The situation became even worse inside the office. The manager, along with several other employees, continued shouting at us in front of everyone. They spoke to my mother as if she were stupid and actually questioned why she needed seven suitcases, as if that was any of their business. Instead of helping customers who had a problem, they chose to mock and belittle them.

My mother repeatedly asked for an alternative solution, but nobody was interested in helping. We were treated with complete disrespect and were essentially ignored once they realized we disagreed with them.

Traveling can already be stressful, and the last thing anyone needs after arriving in a foreign country is to be yelled at, humiliated, and treated like a nuisance by the very people you are paying for a service.

If you expect professionalism, respect, or basic customer service, stay away from this place. There are many car rental companies in Greece, and I strongly recommend choosing literally any other one. This experience completely ruined the beginning of our trip.

We rented a car for 8 days, the car arrived clean and well maintained, the service was friendly, the flight was delayed and they sent us a message to check that everything was okay, well done

We have rented a car from this company several times and we are very satisfied with it. Booking is quick via the website, the car is delivered and picked up at a location of your choice. The cars are new and in good condition. No deposit. People are friendly.

I arrived very spontaneous at Thessaloniki. I called the friendly Team from Chalkidiki Cars and they organized all to get in 15 Minutes a Car for me. Everything was perfect. Get the Car, give back the Car, no problems. We come to Chalkidiki Cars for Years and a lot go friends also go there. You have no hidden cost or the try to betray you with hidden damages like a lot of other car rentals do.

Car pick up and drop directly on hotel site was very convenient, for little extra charge.
By previous online check in the car takeover was done in seconds.
Rental prices were all budget friendly.

We have rented a car here several times, everything went smoothly, smooth and fast administration, the pick-up of the cars is also fast and accurate. The cars are clean and good. I am satisfied :)

We came here for two weeks from the UK in May and found and booked this company online before arriving in Greece and the process could not have been smoother!
On arrival at the airport we were met by a lovely Chalkidiki employee who drove us to their office to pick up our car which again was such a quick, smooth process! & as a bonus we paid a deposit online and the rest on arrival (which was a very reasonable price for 2 weeks) and NO silly £500-£1000 credit card hold was required!
Use this company if you are ever in need of a rental car whilst visiting!

We booked a car in the smallest category and we got a fairly old one without any newer technology like USB, for example. Nevertheless the car was very tidy and did what it was supposed to do. It took me a few Hours to figure out how to climb even smaller hills with it, because I had to push it to 90km/h in Gear 2 to not roll backwards. :D
We expected an old car... but not that old. 😅 We could've had a newer one but for a bit more money. It wasn't worth it in our eyes so we kept it like that.
The Shuttle transfer was good and quite punctual.
All in all we were quite happy with our choice, but I guess we book another car next time. 😂

I was very happy with their service. The lady was waiting for me in the airport, she explained everything to me,the car was totally clean. The most important, very fast procedure and no deposit required. I highly recommend it and i will rent again for sure!

Easy ordering even online, a punctual and uncomplicated delivery, a very friendly contact person and a clean and sufficiently large and motorized car…what more could you want?
