Appalling service. Pre booked a taxi to take me to a wedding over 24 hours before. Received a confirmation text explaining that a driver would be with me at the desired time. 10 minutes before the driver was due to pick us up they cancelled leaving us to find an alternative and arriving late to the wedding. Do not use.

Nice friendly driver, arrived promptly, drove well

The booking process and price are really great and they have quite a lot of drivers so availability is good. The only issue is that when pre booking a taxi, the system doesn't prioritise the booking and if it is a busy time it can take a while to find a driver so they arrive late. This is worse if trying to catch a train or an appointment and need to be on time.

While this taxi firm might provide an acceptable service their consideration for residents where they park their taxis is appalling. They seem to have no understanding that while their vehicles might be parked legally the danger and inconvenience they cause is totally ignored. Not really a good reflection on 001 taxis in Abingdon area.

Exactly on time. Very nice lady who drove me. Such a smooth journey. 10 out of 10!

Arranged pickup for 1 person (child) a day before and no taxi showed up at correct time. Got an automated call to say they would be late and we had to call them again after 20 minutes just for them to say the taxi would be delayed another 15 minutes. We waited for nothing to arrive and called again just for them to say nobody was coming.

Excellent service. Punctual and good value for money. Polite and kind driver.

Great app, smart car, punctual arrival and great price. What’s not to love?!

Driver was great, very friendly and helpful, and ensured I made my train on time. Unfortunately there was a 30 minute wait for a taxi.

The 001 driver arrived on the dot and took me to my appointment. I was early for my appointment and was able to negotiate with the pharmacist to attend to my injection immediately while the 001 driver waited to return home with me. I should have booked the return but didn’t know how long my appointment would take. When I realised it would only be a minute or two the driver consulted with the 001 office and I was able to pay the return fare to him. What service ! I can’t speak highly enough of 001’s flexibility and willingness to make the client happy. All in all it was a very pleasant experience - even the Covid protection injection was completely
painless!

Taxi came quickly following our call and took my wife to her medical appointment in City centre.

Used to love them but when I called to say I would be bringing a dog they said to put it in the notes. Did that and then they turned up and wouldn’t let me in without paying about 40% more
For a really short journey.
Horrid taxi driver and the company said ‘I don’t care about what you’re saying’. Spent a fortune on taxis with you over the years and you should maybe learn some people skills. I’d rather pay more and not be messed about.

Good customer service

I booked 001 for a trip to the hospital JRH today Thursday 25/6/26 they arrived on time and were polite and professional. I attend my appointment and booked them again for the return journey. Both vehicles were clean , comfortable and modern. The fairs were reasonably priced. Excellent service as usual I have used this firm several times times before the standard is exceptional good. Payment can be cash or card at the customer’s preference. Regards Gary johnson
