The driver was polite, helpful and drove carefully throught the ehole journey despote the traffic jam on the motorway
Also when we reach Christies he was extremley helpful if getting a wheelchair for me and taking me to the information desk where I was able to reqiest the help of a porter.

The guy was great got me there early and I was seen early. He waited for me just a short distance away due to my breathing. Well deserved 5 stars.

Lovely driver the only bad thing was is I no longer get a message to say your coming so I can't track were my drivers are instead I have to rely on them calling me?

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely brilliant service!

Manchester Airport Terminal 2 was absolute chaos when we arrived. We spent nearly an hour trying to get a taxi, and to make matters worse, Uber actually charged us even though the driver never turned up! We were exhausted and completely fed up.

Then we called StreetCars Manchester — what a difference. They arrived within five minutes, exactly when we needed them. Our driver was really friendly, polite and professional, and most importantly, completely reliable. After such a stressful experience at the airport, it was such a relief to have someone turn up so quickly and make everything easy.

I honestly wish we'd called StreetCars from the beginning. Fantastic, reliable service and I would 100% recommend them, especially if you're stuck at Manchester Airport. They absolutely saved the day for us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The driver engaged in conversation with me he was very pleasant.

The taxi driver was good, helped Carry my stuff and was very co-operative.

Had a taxi to the airport ..no problem.
Came to pay by card and the driver said his card machine wasn't working and gave me his personal bank details..no problem.
Got into the airport and payed through my bank. Unfortunately 1st time didn't go through so tried again and successfull.
On checking my account it went through twice. I contacted the company and they said the driver will return the over payment after his next drop..ok no problem.
Never happened!
Came off holiday and contacted the company again to complain. I was told the driver would send the money later that day...never happened!
I contacted the bank who refunded the money straight away.
I won't use them again as obviously certain drivers (I have his name)are dishonest !

Lots of conversations despite how late at night it was. Concentration of the driver was excellent and a smooth drive provided.

Telephone call from the driver to tell me he was on his way. Got me to my destination in time for an important appointment with the traffic odds stacked against us.

We arrived at Manchester airport very tired after travelling 24 hours with little sleep but the call center was very clear and concise giving clear pickup instructions and time. We had constant communication and with the driver so felt very confident about our pick up. Our journey was to north Wales but there was no hesitation to pick us up and the fare was extremely reasonable. Our drive was well presented polite and drove safely. Highly recommend this Company
