Lovely item alot of money for size has quite small

I ordered a clock, however there was not much information of any different materials to choose from. When I phoned to enquire I was told I must place an order first and then phone to state acrylic, wood or mirror. So as instructed I phoned and explained that I wished to order a wood one and was told that wood would be available. Delivery took a little longer than expected. However on arrival it turned out to be acrylic. I have tried to phone but only get messages. It would be good if someone actually answered th phone.

I ordered a picture collage on the 30th of November and it wasn’t dispatched until the 13th December, it’s now the 24th December and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed and all you get is an automated reply so nothing is getting looked into or dealt with. Very disappointed that a small order has taken nearly a month to arrive.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I needed some advice about my order and I actually spoke to a lovely lady who was very helpful. The products I ordered is excellent quality and very beautiful and excellent value for money. Found this website on line,had to ring up about an order,spoke to a lovely gentleman who answered all my questions,I have since ordered many items found the company outstanding and kept every promise,then when I received my orders they were outstanding and will make mine and my family Christmas,first class company first class service fully recommend them.

I received my item today. I ordered a large personalised picture collage. Unfortunately I'm not particularly happy with my purchase. I paid £90 for this which is a lot! I thought the pictures would be real pictures but they're not and they're prints which makes it look budget. I have a printer at home and could of done this myself. The frame itself is a cheap ordinary frame that I could of got for extremely cheaper! The collage itself is small in comparison to the frame too. Honestly ridiculous that the pictures are dodgy prints and not real photographs. The sheet on which the budget pictures are printed onto are also slightly baggy in terms of you can see them flapping around a bit behind the glass if that makes sense. I purchased as an anniversary present and was kind of embarrassed when my fiancée opened it as I initially didn't see beforehand due to me paying for it to get wrapped. Don't bother getting one yourself. You're honestly better off printing the pictures that would most likely cost a few pounds to do so and not get ripped off massively! Absolutely shocking and not happy at all! £90 for something that altogether would of cost less than £20! Write from the heart, do better!

I ordered a framed photo collage as a memorial of my recently departed cat. The software on the website was very easy to use - and it gave plenty of ideas for different styles of frames and various numbers of photos. I found one which accommodated 13 different pictures, which really captured my cat in all his moods and activities. When it arrived, the quality was excellent - it was pristine and very well made and all securely packaged. I also ordered an accompanying A4 print and a small magnet of the same layout, all of which were very high quality. I couldn't be more pleased.

Do not order from this company! Absolutely no consideration for customers who have had actual issues with their products. In fact ignore you! I ordered a photo collage with this company with a frame. When it arrived they didn’t send the frame. I thought ok that’s fine I emailed them to get the frame I ordered which they sent and to ask for a refund for the delivery charge I paid as they didn’t send me the full product and also as this item was a gift they had delayed me giving it to the recipient. No reply!
Frame arrives and it is too small for the collage. I sent another email with photographic proof and a video and guess what? No reply! Avoid ordering just rip off merchants happy to take peoples money but have no accountability for their shoddy products or shoddy customer service!

I Received two photo blocks from this company, very fast well packaged delivery. On opening the box one of the blocks was in wow was so delighted with the photo no blur just perfect. Opened the second one and it was all scratched and marked and had a blueish hint, so wasn't pleased at all BUT!!! Phoned the company got a very nice helpful gentleman who listened and said he was so sorry, and would send another unblemished replacement, so I was delighted. Few hrs later I recieved a call from the same gentleman asking me if the block had a blueish colour, I said yeah, and he asked if I had taken of the cover sheet 🙈🙈 what an embarrassment, and underneath was another perfect block. So this company deserves 5stars all round for perfect block, perfect photo personalisation, and perfect customer service, and more, for helping a thick stupid woman who never realised it was a plastic cover over the block. Ordered a framed wall collage, when it arrived all the photos were pixelated! I contacted them and after a few weeks a second attempt was sent out and enlarged as the previous was half the size of the frame. This was also badly pixelated! Both pictures looked like something you could print off yourself and the frames are flimsy! Certainly not worth nearly £90!! I have asked for a refund due to the two attempts they have had, but due to the t&cs. But given they have had two attempts and both times failed terribly, the least they can do is give a part refund! I’ll happily send the frame back!
Do not purchase from this company! It would be cheaper to have sorted my own wall collage!
