Ordered two cushions both came very quick such beautiful pillows with a soft touch!

Thankyou for the cushion you made for me . It was beautiful and my friend really loves it . But sadly the gift packaging it came in was atrocious. Large black gift bag with the cushion in it . There was some tatty gold paper around it . Not wrapped . Why black bag ?? Nothing pretty it wasn’t a memorial cushion my friend is very much alive . 🤭🤭
Made us laugh but £6 wasted . Sorry

Terrible customer service all round they don't do anything and they don't response I have been waiting for a manager to respond to a complaint for over 2 weeks they just blank my emails.
I placed an order -it arrived damaged it was a gift for my mum they they wanted to just send a new frame and mount to my mum - when it was a gift then after go back and forth they re sent the order directly to my mum this time. Well it arrived all well and good then my mum who, lives 3 hours away sent me picture of the picture frame on her wall - guess what it is not what I ordered and paid for its the wrong colur mount and frmae - after several emails of getting no where they just say we send another one - why would you do that as I never told my mum it was wrong - I put a complaint in they blank my emails and then said they had passed it to a manager who would contact me - they did not and still have not - they quiet happy to send things out wrong but wont deal with the customers issues avoid use another company - to the reply no discount was offered to myself I asked instead of a replacement of the same product could I have the same amount on a different item and they never replied - this is lies and also sent 3 further emails and done nothing

what a beautiful and amazing site, after having my beloved dog put down after 15 years, the whole process has been so heart-breaking and not seeing his face each day his heart-breaking i ordered a cushion to sit in his favourite armchair and its been lovely and we feel as though he is now still around, we have ordered some magnets and a key ring and although he is not here, these items are helping with our grief

I recently had to have my dog put to sleep and I found a cushion so I added a picture of my boy and you could view it before you purchased it which is brilliant I also bought a mug and a keyring. I found the site really easy to use and great prices

I recently order a second phone cover from write from the heart as I’d had one previously. The phone case is personalised with a photo of my three granddaughters. When my new phone case arrived the writing wasn’t central to the case. Write from the heart were quick to respond to me and are sending me out a replacement. The phone case is very durable with lovely stitching around the outside. Inside there is space for store cards etc. I couldn’t be more happy with the service I have received.
Update the company have been in touch and are sending out another phone case at no extra cost to me.

Ordered a personalised baseball cap, chose the colour and the writing that I wanted on it, a photo of the cap and writing was shown and I was pleased with what I saw so I purchased it on saturday and it was sent on by Royal mail, it arrived on Friday which was sooner than expected, on opening the parcel I found that the baseball cap and the writing that I wanted were better looking than the photo shown, so I am very pleased with my purchase and would like to thank write from the heart for such a wonderful service.

Had a personalised cushion with photo and message on. It is beautiful and the material so soft. Didn’t have to wait long for delivery either. Would definitely recommend this company. So much selection of other items too.

I live on the Isle of Man and the postage times are amazing to get it here In a short amount of time. I LOVE the clocks. Such good quality, I’ve got two from here now. Also got the free cushion which the printing of the photos are amazing quality! The pillow was a little dirty but I contacted them I had a reply within half an hour and the issue has been solved right away! I love it and will definitely buy again and recommend to all my friends and family - all safely packaged too! ☺️☺️

What a fabulous company, highly recommend.
They made a photo board for my husbands birthday on a quick turn around as I was up against it time wise. Great communication and customer service and most importantly the product was absolutely beautiful!!

The company were so helpful, I had incorrectly placed a picture on a personalised item for Mother's Day and "Write from the Heart" answered my email immediately and replaced the item as swiftly as they could!! Can not fault their efforts to ensure that my gift was corrected. Can't thank you enough xxx

I sent 2 pictures to them of 2 different dogs.... recived items back and after looking at them I wasn't happy with the print on cushions, I emailed them about me unhappy and recived a email back asking if I could sent 2 more pictures which where better quality.... I sent 2 better quality pictures and recived my order back... I'm happy with the outcome of our cushions.. thank u very much. A credit to jen georgewell....excellent job... a1+.... highly recoment......

Absolute rubbish useless company!!,I ordered a Valentines day present on the 7th February 2023,with a 7day dispatch!!,well guess what!!??,no item,no dispatch details or tracking number have been provided!!,avoid this company like you would the plague!!
