I ordered a gift for a birthday. I wanted. It to come the next day. So i paid the £12 for next day delivery. It hasn’t come today so i paid more for nothing. I have emailed them and ask for a refund for the next day delivery fee.

I used this company for the first time and was very satisfied with the customer service and with my orders. I ordered a photo collage for my mum for Mother’s Day of her 6 grandchildren-this was the only company I could find offering the particular layout we wanted for this ! And also a large canvas collage. When I realised how soon Mother’s Day was I emailed to ask about postage and Kirsty got straight back to me and arranged for next day delivery. I am really pleased with both items they will look amazing on the wall. Would recommend this company many thanks.

I ordered a clear stand with photos on for my partners 30th & was so impressed with the quality and delivery time. Packaging was lovely too. I had also requested to reformat photos to remove black border on some as wouldn’t allow me to do on the web - this was done with no issues. Couldn’t recommend more!

I purchased 3 memorial bears for my children. The bears were absolutely beautiful, so soft and cuddly, and bigger than expected with lovely embroidery. They are perfect for keeping special ashes somewhere special that can be cuddled and held close. There was great communication from the company regarding delivery times and tracking: it felt like a very personal service. I would highly recommend, and will definitely be a returning customer.
