out of date - broken and poor quality chocolate - no customer service

firstly worse customer service - do not return your calls been 5 days - used this company twice now - first order i phoned in advance as price for item was good and did not want problems - i checked with them that the chocolate would be in date - due to the number of bars - promised that they would be - got a box due to be out of date in about 10 days - only reason i checked the date was the chocolate tasted weird - had to send back for a replacement - even then a few broken bars and very few or no nuts in the bar - let that go until the second order was about 70% broken and a good 15% with the nut issue - sent email - got told it would be looked into - nothing done so phoned - as said 6 days - so review is for poor quality of product - poor handling of food product and no customer service

This was a very troubled purchase ; extra postage did not guarantee swift delivery. The goods were rather disappointing. The reaction from angry vendors reaction to my initial complaint; which was full of bad language and very aggressive ; made this a firm I would not deal with again
…. but I have just received a “thank you for your purchase ,and a 50% off my next purchase voucher “! 😂😂🤣😂
Which is nice of them !!!!

Did what it said on the box

Did what it said on the box, the only downside seems to be when you are trying to send a box direct to someone they require an email address for the recipient and treat that email address as though it belongs to the purchaser.

Hello and thank you for your thoughtful review, I can see how the checkout process could be clearer with the email address, unfortunately this is how shopify platform is setup and we cannot adjust that part. It would be the same for all shopify sites. I would suggest to use your own email address in that field next time. Please email me from the site if you wish to discuss anything further.

Great gift

Really great idea for a gift! Easy to put together and I love that you get a choice of what to include in the box. Nice that the messages are handwritten too and all tracked with royal mail. My recipient will receive their gift today so hopefully they enjoy their treats.

The recipient never received the gift.

1 star is based on the gift not being received. There was no tracking information for the Royal Mail tracking number. Cosy Gifts emailed me REQUESTING a Trust Pilot review based on my recent experience. I've just had 2 rude responses from the company as a result - see 1 below. (I notice some other customers haven't received their deliveries from Royal Mail either). I have requested a refund and provided the order details to Cosy Gifts. (I have only placed 1 order in the last few months so should be no confusion). ORDER #2490 WAS A WOW BOX ORDER AND HOW DOES THIS AFFECT MY CONSUMER RIGHTS ANYWAY? PLEASE REFUND ME OR ACCOUNT FOR THE ITEM NOT BEING RECEIVED. THANK YOU. You keep updating your reply but I have emailed previously with all the details and you have the order no above so no reason not to refund or organise a replacement order. THE RECIPIENT JUST DISCOVERED A NOTICE FROM THE POST OFFICE STATING INSUFFICIENT POSTAGE PAID AND SURPLUS PAYMENT REQUIRED TO HAVE THE ITEM DELIVERED!!! What a strange reply.

This week we identified a small number of parcels which Royal Mail have not delivered for us.
We have issued replacements at our expense, and I believe all of these have been delivered now.

Thoroughly enjoyed 😊

Choose Cosy Gifts at random online and was certainly not disappointed. From choosing my gift, the easy ordering process through to great communication and prompt delivery to my granddaughter on the day I requested, I would say an excellent and first class service. Fantastic Company

I placed my order in the morning and it was dispatched the same afternoon. I had some communication with Cosy Gifts and they are extremely helpful and quick to reply.
Absolutely fantastic company would recommend to anyone and I will be buying from them again.

I sent the box as a gift to my… boyfriend

I sent the box as a gift to my boyfriend. He really enjoyed the box and loved the little bits especially the pocket hug. The only thing that I would say could improve was the quality of the image/vintage photo that I chose. It had a few blotches on it.
