Quick and simple application process and the premium was cheaper than last year.

The claim was settled without too much fuss. Ziphelele did a tidy and polite job.

I have had my policy for many years, and recently made my first claim, on damage to a rental car in Spain. Thanks to Syazwan, my claim handler, the claim process was straightforward and I was paid out promptly.

A different way to renew insurance but works nonetheless . You pay directly into WW Insurance account and wait. This process is unusual but fine. I have never claimed on this insurance and hopefully never have to. Ask me if I made a claim!

I paid for car excess cover on line but received no confirmation or communication from Worldwide Travel Insurance, although money was taken from my account. An email was sent to Customer Service, shortly after an apology and relevant documentation.

Well you don't really find out how well these things work until you have to claim. Unfortuantelh I had to do this and fortunately it all worked exactly as it should do. Not always the case with insurance I can assure you!

I’ve used Worldwide probably a dozen times over the years. Such a simple process to set up. Superb value for money. And I once had to use the insurance and they were great. I recommend them to everyone, particularly those duped into paying the car rental company a crazy price for the same product.
