The level of Customer Service is great here! I have been dealing with Wordans for over 5+ years and the quality of their products and level of service has contributed to the success of my business! Today an issue with the description of a specific product was unclear to me so I reached out to Wordans Customer Service department and my call was taken by a gentleman by the name of Ross. He was so professional on the phone and I was able to have my product inquiry addressed and explained to me in a timely manner! My experience was unrushed and Ross made me feel like a valued customer! Kudos to Wordans Customer Support team!
