Ordered some bespoke printed (rather than our usual embroidered by another supplier) gym bags with our Horse India logo on for our intrepid horse riders as goodie bags - excellent communication with Jack during ordering process - items arrived quickly and safely - great result 5⭐️ very happy with the end result and will definitely order more in the future - printing cut the cost but kept the quality 👌 wanted to upload some pics as I’m so chuffed with them but can’t see a button to do that here !

Order trousers and the quality wasn’t great however I kept them as I needed them for work. After only one wash the threading came out the waist. I got in contact and I was told they can’t give refunds to products that have already been worn or washed. However the product was faulty. Would avoid this company.

First time user & only good things to say. Ordered some plain cotton bags which are perfect for shoe storage & the order was handled quickly. The price is very reasonable & I like the fact you can buy bundles of 5, 10 etc. to save money too. Initially I ordered the wrong size, but customer service (Sofia) kindly sorted everything out for me in no time. I haven’t even scratched the surface of what this company offers but I’m certainly confident with any future purchase after this experience.

Good products at a good price. Highish delivery charge. In the past I collected from Argos. This time the courier let me redirect to a collection site. I’ve bought T shirts (Fruit of the Loom and Gildan), fleeces and an overnight bag from them. I like it that they show the details re fabric thickness and water resistance. Brilliant customer service when I messaged them on an earlier occasion

Absolute pleasure dealing with Wordans UK. Deliveries are always accurate, on time and the customer service is on point. It’s so rare these days to be able to interact with an actual person, so what a refreshing surprise to have such great communication and assistance from Customer Service Rep Sofia! Highly appreciated.

I ordered blank T-shirts. They arrived on time, safely packaged. The colours are vibrant and what I expected. There was adequate information on the website so that I knew what I getting. I regularly order from Wordans and am happy order again.

The pens were excellent quality, an exceptional value for money and really useful as party favours. Delivery swift with good communication. I would use Wordans again.

parcel didn’t arrive takes to long for refund very disappointing

One of the worst companies I have dealt with and I deal with a few. I have been trying to chase a parcel and got an unhelpful AI response to tell me to chase it with the courier myself. Zero help when I did that and found out my order is held at customs as they have not provided enough information on the commercial invoice. Phone line keeps getting cut off when you call. If you do manage to speak to someone the line is so bad it's hard to hear and they genuinely do not seem bothered to help you at all. My package is still waiting information from them on the 21/08 and the reply from Wordans was that they sent it on the 18/08.... TNT had already confirmed they still dont have it and despite me asking 5 times for them to resend and solve this issue for me I am left not knowing what is happening or when I will receive the goods that are needed for a charity event. I feel this is the last order I will be placing with them and most likely I will have to do a chargeback on my credit card.

Always a great service from Wordans - very professional, great quality and swift delivery. Recommended.

He made my experience very easy and clearly answered my questions. It was a simple process and his assurance of going above and beyond made my first experience an enjoyable and successful one! Honestly have no complaints, everything comes on time and in good shape too. Customer service is very knowledgable and are helpful when needed

8 days after payment I received daily mails, wanting proof of payment. Even after sending one, they asked for additional information on the document, giving me the answer that only after receiving that they would check their own bank account. Never ever have I experienced the necessity of having to proof my own payment for them to even CHECK for it. Last but not least, it would have taken 5 additional days to even hand the product over to delivery, after initially stating 2-3 days delivery time. Just don't order there.
