Quick delivery
Quick delivery, got a good Black Friday deal. When installing have a decent staple gun. Timber is not bonded to the felt and so when cutting you’ll need to staple the battens nearer your cut otherwise they all swing about.

The delivery was terrible
The delivery was terrible. First time I had a delivery the man literally pulled all the panels off the van and just let them crash on the concrete. Second time I had a delivery I was not phoned an hour before as supposed to. The delivery then turned up when I wasn't there, the driver phoned me and I asked him to put just inside the side gate under the shelter as it was pouring with rain. He said yer, yer and then left them out the front in the rain. The panel was covered but when I got home it had all blown off and panel was soaked.

Everyone I spoke to at Woodwall was a pleasure to deal with. The best customer service I've experienced for quite a while. Their driver spotted a damaged panel before he even unloaded the vehicle and made sure he contacted the office straight away to arrange a replacement. The confirmation of the replacement product was actually in my email almost immediately. The products are really good quality, competitively priced (cheaper than B & Q) and delivered quickly. I would certainly use them again.
