These panels are easy to install and look absolutely beautiful. I used the smaller panel square panels and installed them in less than a day, including trimming. They are very easy to work with. My installation also included a 65” TV and using the large TV kit was easy and is very clean. The cable covers were out of stock, so I bought a 1/2” black mesh cord protector from Amazon for $8 to hide the cables. It’s easy to cut to size and fits into slots between the wood slats. Worked perfectly.

The panels have changed how the room looks and feels. Super happy!

Very High quality solid wood. It is the same as going to a carpenter with a block of fine wood and asking them to carve this table base for you. Its amazing.

They look so great! I’m so happy I went with this company. My husband tries to convince me Home Depot had the exact same thing, but it’s not the same. These panels have a thick backing of felt and the panels are perfectly spaced for the attachment of all the accessories without having to drill holes into the wood and permanently damage the piece.
Im currently deciding where else I want to put these panels in my house because I love them so much!

While I have not purchased your product or any other, I did feel that the WoodUpp Panels were the product I would have chosen had I made a purchase. I thought the quality of the samples were superior to those I compared, and the color selection provided gave me the choice I wanted which was Carolina Pine and beige felt. The sole reason I did not purchase was the lack of length of the shelves in lighter colors. While the selection was broader as far as length's was concerned for the darker shelves. Customer support when communicating via email was responsive, but inconsistent in its replies. Additionally, while I had no problem using your ChatBot, I found it to much the same as the email responses, inconsistent. I have left the door open, and was told by cusstomer support that when the longer shelf becomes available in the lighter color to contact me, and I then will reconsider.

Quality materials, solid customer service. We especially liked the accessories that work seamlessly with the panels. When we had questions, the team got back with us quickly.

The folks running this company are truly beyond brain dead. I'm sure they make lots of money and thats all that matters. They are clearly losing a fortune with mismanagement and trying to reach the right person.

Very beautiful product and fairly easy for us to install.

We created an akupanel wall in our foyer and in our mudroom. Cutting the pieces to fit was a giant mess. Black felt fuzz was everywhere. We didn’t expect such a mess. Also, the panels we received weren’t all the same size. I feel like although the finished project looks good, it was not nearly worth the cost. The wood was cheap and chipped at the ends once cut. My husband said he could have bought black felt and made this for 1/3 of the cost from WoodUpp.

WoodUpp has a great selection and they make the process easy. Great to work with.

Needed lights, worked great. Remote was missing but you guys sent it immediately. Great service and experience

Enjoying our panels. The only negative we encountered is several of the panels came damaged on the edges. Something you wouldn’t anticipate for the price we paid. We don’t know if it happened prior to shipping or not. But since it was on several panels we just adjusted the panels during instillation to better hide the damages.
