Would not recommend this service…
Would not recommend this service provider particularly for those women looking for advice on menopause. I had a 15 minute phone conversation with a so called doctor who sounded like she was reading from a script. She then prescribed me a version of HRT without ever meeting me in person! Needless to say I was charged €100 for the call. Having had a case of cold feet afterwards, I decided against taking the prescription. I felt I was taken for a fool and was really annoyed with myself. Avoid the WWC. In my experience, they are only interested in your money.
Lydia Sanders Review is Untrue
We are the new owners of the Women's Wellness Centre , acquired the business on the 16th November 2023 and see a defamatory comment made by Lydia Sanders to deliberately damage the reputation of the New Business of The Womens Wellness Centre.
Trust Pilot has done nothing to assist us in presenting the true facts and our version.
Hence we post the following facts tht we also posted on Google Too. Refer to your review of Lydia Sanders nd respond as folows
We take the matter of patient care very seriously. We have investigated the matter and have spoken to all the professionals who attended to you in relation to the services provided to you by all concerned at the Women's Wellness Centre prior to the takeover of the business by us the new owner, very recently. We have been provided detailed documentation and records which show that Lydia Sanders was provided a professional service at all stages and all concerned had gone out of our way to look after your interest. Therefore Lydia Sanders review as above is not the truth and is defamatory.
Horrible staff - avoid at all costs!
This clinic has a striking lack of concern for both your well-being and health. I have never encountered such blatant disrespect and unprofessionalism in my interactions with a private health clinic or any business, for that matter. I strongly advise you, as you read this, to spare yourself the inconvenience of engaging with discourteous office staff who, regrettably, show a clear disregard for you and your health. A challenging time with my health was made even more dreadful by my dealings with this clinic. Seriously – avoid at all costs!
Amazing clinic
Amazing clinic. After a bad experience somewhere else this was really reassuring. All the staff were extremely kind and supportive. Highly Recommend to anyone looking for a high level of care
Update
We had a problem regarding the charges which were more than expected. Having raised a complaint the charges were adjusted back to the expectation and a refund was issued. Although we had a difficulty it was good to see that the matter was satisfactorily resolved.

Unprofessional receptionists, they charge you in advance and do not refund when they cancel the appointment at the very last minute
The receptionist forgot to tell the acupuncturist that I had booked the appointment. I arrived on the day of the appointment, after 1 hour on the train, to find out that the acupuncturist was not there.Of course they had already taken the money from my bank account and after 2 weeks I haven't been refunded yet.
Lack of knowledge
Went specifically to Well Woman to get good professional advice as I was having irregular periods. When I got my hormonal blood tests back the only solution I was given was to go on the pill or take it easy to fix my irregular cycles. Really disappointed on the lack of care and really didn’t feel listened to by any of the medical staff. Got much better advice and information from a nutritionist that works with hormones and would recommend that much more than going here.

Received inconsistent pricing from the doctor to turn what I was then charged at reception. Centre manager claims they raised their prices but doctors were not made aware. Huge confusion and disorganisation among the staff. Very unprofessional. Extremely disappointed.
This is not a place to recommend
This is not a place to recommend. I paid £275 for their smear package. I saw a male gyne who did not make me feel comfortable at all, very unprofessional. The nurse I saw was rude, didn’t even look me in the eye and took my blood pressure and left the room mid way through it.
Do not fall for their packages, what’s included is a dreadful service at an over inflated price.
I feel very sad to have wasted money I don’t have and don’t feel reassured at all.
Poor standards. Better services out there.
I was expecting much better standards since I was recommended this clinic. I had two scans and a blood test. The sonographer that saw me was uninterested in me and my journey and the appointments were all rushed. Felt like I couldn't ask any questions. The blood test conducted by the nurse was a terrible experience. The nurse was rude and cold. Please don't waste your time and money here and you can find much better services elsewhere.
Excellent experience
After a friend referral and a quite bad experience with the NHS, I decided to come here and I’m glad I did.
I would like to thank the Women’s Wellness Centre staff for the good experience I had.
I am pleased to have found this clinic and I would recommend them for the overall experience: good support, lovely environment and warm yet professional approach.
I saw Dr Ayida
I saw Dr Ayida, she was very helpful and understanding, for a gynecology appointment. I felt as relaxed as possible in the environment
First time mum
As a first time mum, I felt truly blessed to have had the Women’s Wellness Centre by my side during my pregnancy journey. Whenever I entered the building, there was always such a warm welcome by the reception staff, and Leila the centre manager. The care was brilliant every step of the way, all thanks to an outstanding team, including the lovely nurse Junell and the sonographers, and my wonderful obstetrician Ms Ayida, who managed my care with a true warmth, expertise and gusto. It was great to have all parts of my pregnancy care under one roof.
We will be back many more times in the years ahead
My wife and I love going to the Women’s Wellness Centre. We receive first rate care from the best professionals. Appointments run on-time and payment systems are seamless meaning that we can quickly be in and out, without losing much of our day. We have been right through the pregnancy journey with the centre including consultations, scans and bloods, as well as enjoying other ongoing services. I’m even proud, as a man, to say that I am a customer of the “Women’s” Wellness Centre, since I took a Covid antibody test there. As a husband I know my wife receives exceptional care and this always makes me feel reassured. We will be back many more times in the years ahead.
Improvements needed, not a great experience
Not too impressed with the whole experience. I am 8 months pregnant and booked a private GTT due to the NHS not having any availability before I was 36 weeks. First, the details of fasting were not provided. They just advised verbally to my partner who organised advising I couldn’t eat or drink. The NHS I found out allows you to drink, which is fairly important considering it’s about 14.5 hours of fasting/not drinking. After the first set of bloods, I was already feeling very tired and rundown and the chairs they make you sit in are so uncomfortable I couldn’t even lean back. I had to wait an hour for the second lot of bloods. For the second hour, I was shown into my own room to rest on a bed, which was great and comfortable. The third lot of bloods, the lady missed my vein and got bruised my entire arm. They did serve tea and biscuits afterwards which were incredibly welcomed, however I feel the space could have been more welcoming, comfortable and COVID safe given pregnant women etc are entering and having to wait 3+ hours without having eaten or drunk anything for hours. I also had to follow-up on the results when I was told it’s almost instantaneous which was frustrating. All in all, improvements to be made, and my experience was not great.
Everyone was very kind and helpful
Everyone was very kind and helpful. From the bookings team to the reception staff when I arrived for my appointment. I felt listened to as a patient and Mr Raza was most kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone. Very professional and honest.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I have cancelled my appointment over 3 weeks ago and still no refund. I have been chasing and chasing- finances department does not answer phone at all, reception told me they are also trying to reach them. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend to anyone.

I’ve emailed in twice but no response
I’ve emailed in twice but no response. The appointment itself with the sonographer was lovely and I felt very at ease. The bloods were very unprofessional - slow, left me waiting and they didn’t wear their masks correctly (only over their mouth) and then as I left they said they’d only ring if there was a problem as I’d requested to be told via email. A week later and I received a call so I was very worried. Results were fine but didn’t leave me in a good frame of kind because I thought something was wrong.
