Very helpful for a same day appointment and medication needed

Appointment was good but after care was very poor.
I had to ring in 5 times to get my blood results and prescription. It took 3 1/2 weeks to get something I was suppose to start immediately after my appointment and was told I would receive blood results in couple of days Not 3 1/2 weeks.

I saw the Dr very quickly and she was really easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She was interested in me. I felt really let down by my GO on NHS which is disappointing as I’ve paid into the system since I was 15years old. Sad state of affairs when we consider all we do for charities etc.

Absolutely shocking service received after having a colposcopy with Dr Maria Kyrgiou. My follow up appointment to discuss my results was cancelled due to my results not being available at the time. Had I not phoned to confirm the appointment I would have gone all the way there for no reason. Thereafter, I was told they would be available 2-3 days later and I would be contacted by Maria via a phone call – still nothing and no phone call to keep me updated. After phoning back nearly every 2nd day to find out what was going on (and nearly 4 weeks to the date of my appointment!!) I was eventually sent just an email of my results with a follow up voicemail confirming the results. No apology never mind even a phone call consult with Maria! Absolutely shocking manners and poor service – I would have expected this from the NHS not a private practice. I will certainly not be returning to this doctor again.
