Wolt is going Downhill

Wolt was fine. But as soon as they noticed they can use AI . they screwed up. Propably fired half of the call center staff . Now you get connected to some AI bot and it always says we're busy. The orders constantly get either delayed or there are other mistakes . ridiculous.

Looks like they became greedy. I will switch to something else for sure

The dish search feature is unbelievably frustrating.

I search for a specific dish, Wolt shows me the exact item I’m looking for, and then the moment I tap it, the app dumps me onto the restaurant’s full menu page and completely forgets what I selected.

The dish isn’t highlighted. The app doesn’t jump to it. There’s no filter. Nothing.

So now I have to scroll through dozens of menu items trying to find the exact dish that Wolt literally just showed me in the search results. Sometimes it’s buried in a category, sometimes I can’t find it at all.

What’s the point of searching for a dish if I have to search for it again after clicking on it?

This is such a basic UX problem that it’s hard to believe nobody thought about it. The search function should take me directly to the item I selected, not force me to hunt for it a second time.

Great idea, terrible execution.
