Ordered a box of 6 Aperol Spritz…
Ordered a box of 6 Aperol Spritz signature glasses for £32, but was delivered a box containing only 1 glass. I am now arguing the case to send me what I ordered and paid for!

Trying to get a refund is impossible they never respond . Do not buy from this online shop if you thing you may need to return . The tray I bought was not worth the money . Terrible customer service !!!

They do not respond to customers
I was thrilled when I won a set of glasses in Aperol UK's Christmas promotion. They arrived safely, and I was really pleased.
Now they are sending me a second box of glasses, no doubt to be followed by more. I've emailed them twice (it says 24 hrs for a response) and tried messaging via Facebook but they never respond. There's no available phone number.
I just want them to correct whatever mistake on their system is causing them to send repeat boxes of glasses. I don't know what to do to make it stop 😥. Today I refused to accept the latest box and it will be returned to the company. Will that get a response...I doubt it.
