I have been using WLV for a number of years now, they're professional, friendly and informative. Their tradesmen can't do enough for you, I highly recommend them.

I have used WLV Heating Ltd on many occasions. They are always reliable and punctual. They recently came out to a problem with the boiler at my son’s flat. It was fairly late on a Friday but Scott went out of his way to sort the issue having to come back early on the Saturday to fit a part. It was much appreciated and I would never hesitate to recommend them.

The engineer came on time, promptly started the job, was clean and tidy made no mess, polite had a chat, completed the job keeping us informed of what he was doing would highly recommend this company 👍🏻

This company are the first ones who have been genuinely talented and have personable people working there in all my years of using tradespeople.

They turned up on time, gave a detailed outline of the job, left no mess, explained how to work the new boiler, replaced any blown radiator valves and left comprehensive paperwork on the use of the boiler.

Their office procedures of keeping us informed of progress, booking in time slots, being available on the phone and issuing invoices is top notch.

I will definitely be using this company again for any future plumbing or heating jobs.

I was contacted in advance of the work appropriately. Adam arrived on time, his preparation and then carrying out of the tasks was done efficiently with due respect to the surrounding areas. And undeterred by an attentive cocker spaniel. The cost was as quoted and very reasonable. This will now be my company of choice for future works.

Scott serviced our boiler and he was very polite and efficient. He noticed something was wrong with our boiler cover and immediately ordered a new one and fit it the next day for us at no extra cost. We were very grateful for this. Will definitely use and recommend. Thank you very much

I have always used WLV Heating for my boiler and fire services , they are polite,punctual and work is of a high standard.
Recently I have had all my radiators replaced. Again the team explained what they need to do ( including lifting floor boards to upgrade pipes) to complete the job.
Any problems were addressed and my house was left clean and tidy .

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish got new boiler plus new radiators and pipework moved and all completed within 3 Days. Quality of work is excellent and constant communication from quote to completed work.

Very good company. I’m in Australia and I needed someone to service my mom’s boiler in UK, as my mom has dementia and can’t organise things herself. These are the best company for communication, and prompt service. It was easy communicating via WhatsApp, would recommend.
