Absoulutly brilliant service great engineers who do everything they can to help you i have had them fit new radiators put me a hive in there amazing company wouldnt go any where else highley reccomend

Had a thermostat fitted. came on time and was all done in no time. clean and tidy so thank you ozzy and thanks to Scott who then came back a few days later as I had touched the wrong button oops very pleased with this company and would recommend

I have recently found WLV to service my 2 gas fires, and after a problem with the kitchen sink waste pipe plumbing due to the original bad installation I contacted WLV. Leyton arrived as arranged to check what action was required and arranged to return with the necessary parts to correctly refit it and fix the external waste pipe. Leyton did an excellent job, the sink empties faster than ever. For the work completed on the gas fires and the plumbing I have no hesitation in highly recommending WLV Heating Ltd.

the plumber(s) were lovely, stayed late to ensure that we wouldn’t be without water overnight and sorted the problem.

I got WLV to come and do a boiler service for us, the man who arrived ozzy was so lovely and professional and just the right amount of chatty!! He did a full boiler service and replaced some of the parts that needed it. Their communication was also top tier and I would 100% reccomend to everyone.

I had a really great experience with this heating and plumbing company and would highly recommend them.

Initially, I only asked them to come out and take a look at capping off some plumbing in a shed we’re planning to take down. From day one, they were helpful, genuine, and easy to talk to. After discussing things further with David, I ended up having them fit my new boiler as well.

I had originally planned to go through British Gas, mainly because it’s the more well-known and “easy” option. However, after speaking with David and asking lots of questions, I felt much more confident in going a different route. I sourced the boiler myself, and the team carried out the installation—and I’m really glad I did. If I hadn’t been able to outsource the boiler, I would have happily chosen this company over British Gas for both supply and fitting.

As someone who works from home, I’m usually the one dealing with quotes and visits, and it can sometimes feel quite pressuring. That definitely wasn’t the case here. David was patient, informative, and gave me the space I needed to go through everything properly with my partner before making a decision. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything.

Overall, a professional, trustworthy, and genuinely helpful service from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
