Received some great advice on which build to consider. Once my order was placed, it arrived really quickly, even with the changes I had requested. The build quality is fantastic, with no mistakes that need fixing. It looks great & most importantly it runs like a dream. It's also good value for what you get.
I use games consoles to play the latest AAA games but this setup is great for playing PC exclusives from the last 10-15 years so I am very happy.
I've had terrible experiences with their competitors (looking at you B**R**k Computers) so if you're weighing up your options, I highly recommend WJMTech.

I bought a refurbished laptop from here for personal purposes, It arrived the next day and runs incredibly smooth. I had an issue with my charger being bent (Not to a dangerous extent), When I emailed about it on the website I recieved a responce on the same day and my new charger was delivered the day after. From help with placing the order, being flexible regarding despatch (at my request) so that the order was delivered when we were home and then promptly responding to a small issue we'd had on receipt.

I received a very good laptop. It had minor scratches on the body, which is expected for a used product, but the hardware is in great condition and runs fast and smoothly.

Great communication, I’m a novice to all this as was a gift for my son’s birthday. Help was at hand to resolve the minor issues I encountered. Replacements sent out on next day delivery so that my son’s birthday went without a hitch to his knowledge. He is very happy

Amazing condition the computer came in, Delivery time was a little bit slow but I believe that was the exception and not the rule.

Yet again, these guys pull it out of the bag. Had some teething issues with this purchase that could never have been avoided!... but they rallied and sorted it. Ive bought from them twice now, and my next 3 or 4 will be here too!! A+++

The laptop was shown as "Grade B", and the I bought it. But, the actual product I received is more than B, almost Grade A. I am happy with the well refurbished HP 820 G3 EliteBook.

My main reason why I haven’t given higher is because the RAM, Motherboard and PSU are very cheap options. I understand this is where the company would make the profit, but to install a L310 motherboard with 2133hz RAM in 2026 without stating so in the product description I believe to be a misleading. Also the rear case fan wasn’t working on arrival so I had to troubleshoot the issue and got it sorted. Doesn’t seem like it was properly quality checked before shipping. However for the price and how quickly it arrived I am not disappointed, but I had hoped for slightly better components. Unfortunately without listing them on the website it makes it hard to know what you are getting.

Even though DPD did not delivery this in time for xmas as they had some problems with a van that got impounded, WJM did all they could to retrieve the package, and eventually sent me a new product. Product was great, looked amazing, now have a happy son :)
