Spent the whole day trying to make that transaction go through with several different agents who wasn’t helpful. The whole day; from 8Am - 5pm I am going back and forth with these agents sending me the same payment link which was not working and they kept sending me the same link and accusing my bank. Until the best agent called me, I forgot her name, She is the best, she went straight to the point and sent me a good link which I was able to make the payment through. She was really helpful.

Hidden $80 non-refundable fee they scam you with. Company is based out of India. Do not use them under any circumstance, you will pay more for a worse experience. This is a fake company designed to function as a pointless middleman between you and the airline where they weasel their way in to steal money from you.

WARNING: "FlexiFly Plus" is a deceptive trap. Do not buy!I am writing this to warn other travelers about Wizfair's $99 "FlexiFly Plus" (or Flexi Plus) add-on package. During the checkout process, the site uses misleading marketing to make you believe you are purchasing price-drop protection (reissuing your ticket if fares drop) and a $125 cash discount or waiver toward flight changes and cancellations. This is entirely false. This $99 fee ONLY waives Wizfair's internal, arbitrary customer service processing fees. It does absolutely nothing to cover or waive actual airline change fees, airline cancellation penalties, or ticket fare differences.When I realized the interface was intentionally misleading and requested a refund immediately after booking, customer service (agent "Billy") flatly refused, stating the $99 is strictly non-refundable under any circumstance. They pocket your money instantly for a service that provides zero actual airline protection. I have filed formal complaints with Consumer Protection Ontario, TICO, and am disputing the charge with my bank. Avoid this company and book directly with the airline instead!

At JFK and my flight was canceled at 1:00 in the morning. I called Wizfair where I booked my ticket and talked with Karl. He was able to get me on another flight the next day. He was so nice. There was no charge for rebooking. I really appreciate Karl working on my behalf. I would definitely use Wizfair again.
