Thank you Billy and the Wizfair team. Amazing customer service

I was a bit hesitant to book with them at first since I hadn't heard of them before. My first booking was seamless and straightforward.

With my second booking, I received a confirmation code, but the reservation was not being recognized as a ticketed booking on the airline's website. I contacted customer support, and the issue was resolved quickly and professionally.

Special thanks to Billy, who was patient, helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. Based on the booking process and customer service experience, I would be happy to book with them again.
