Great products. Exceptional customer service
First time I have ordered from Williams Handbaked and won't be the last. Delivery was good and packaging was lovely. I am yet to try everything but the Milk Chocolate Oat Biscuits are absolutely delicious. Customer service is exceptional. There was a slight hiccup with my order as I was sent an incorrect item. I received a response from Rory within 30 minutes and replacement was sent the next day. Would definitely recommend Williams and will be ordering again.

I'm really sorry to hear you weren't updated regarding your delivery.
We send two automated emails, one when an order is placed, and another when an order is being packed. You should then receive further emails from Royal Mail regarding the status of your delivery—there is a possibility those emails have gone to your junk folder.
Once again, I'm sorry you didn't receive these notifications, but I hope your friend enjoyed their gift.

We absolutely love Williams products! They make wonderful presents (if we don’t eat them first). They are nicely packaged, and the packaging is eco friendly.
Communication is always good and the orders are always on time.
Any chance of some gluten free biscuits?

The perfect experience
The perfect experience, the website was easy to use and the choice exactly what I wanted. It was easy to add a gift message. Delivery was prompt and reliable. The packaging was lovely and the treats themselves tasted amazing. On top the customer service was something else. So personable and kind. Would definitely recommend and I will be ordering again!

Delicious. Most probably the best biscuit I've ever tasted. I'm having to hide them from my husband because they are so moreish. We bought the Milk Chocolate Oat Biscuits from Summerseat Garden Centre and I will be going back for more. Proud that they are made here in Lancashire!
