Very poor service. Ignore emails and you will struggle to get your money back!

Very very poor service! Do not buy from them! Item did not fit so returned within the 14 day window and no refund. Countless messages ignored over email and also social media. Fortunately I paid via PayPal so got my money back but has taken over a month. I feel sorry for anyone who didnt pay via credit/PayPal and does not have buyer protection as it would be near impossible to get your money back. It's a shame because I thought I'd support one of the smaller independent brands. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely shocking experience!

Absolutely shocking experience. Ordered a T-shirt for a holiday and still 3 and half weeks and waiting for it to arrive. Not only have they taken my money and posted nothing they have read and ignored my messages on their instagram and also ignore Emmy emails. I have had to report them to pay pal which I’m so lucky to have used so I can actually receive my £40 back. Really liked this brand and would have definitely been a returning customer but frankly I’d warn everyone to steer clear until they actually treat their customers with any respect.

Having taken a look into your order experience, I can see that you ordered a tshirt on a pre order with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 working days (shown in the product description) so the lead time you experienced was normal.

Although disappointed that a 1 star review was left, we have made sure that all future lead times are clearly shown online and that we provide extra updates on similar orders so that all customers know exactly when to expect their items.

Returned an item clothing despite…

Returned an item clothing despite contacting them on the order email, website contact form and Instagram. Did initially get a response on social media but since not received a refund or anything or indicate it’s being looked at. Terrible customer service, would not use again.

order not arrived

Ordered white denim jeans 4 WEEKS ago, I was asking about my order 2 times on IG. Got a reply that my order was shipped but haven’t received ANY TRACKING number. 26 days passed, still any information about the package.

They have only replied after my review on trustpilot. I got refunded so changing from 1 star to 3

Absolute game changer!

Ordered a hoodie last week, and it arrived promptly and with great communication throughout. Item is SUCH a good fit and great quality -- I've had a couple pairs of the Malibu shorts too, and the quality is exceptional. People always stop and ask me where they're from. Game changers!
