WOW wish I’d looked on here before ordering. Ordered over 2 wks ago, still no update on shipping. Emailed and msgd on Instagram and still no reply. Can’t believe it their clothes on instagram actually look really good, but I will be telling my mates not to bother because from reading these reviews it’s an awful start up brand and the owner doesn’t care about dealing with any negative feedback! Probs a scam at this point

DO NOT BUY, put in a order over 20 days ago not even shipped spammed them on insta DMs to no reply and an email to customer service, no Suprise no reply, asked for a refund finally got a reply and telling me they’ll refund, no refund has been put through didn’t think to check trustpilot now I know unfortunately slightly too late…

Scam do not reply to emails

Don’t buy from this company! Ordered a tracksuit, emailed to exchange for a different size, and never received so now I’m down £60 and they’re ignoring my emails

Excellent quality and fit for the hoodie I ordered, delivery took longer than anticipated

Fit and quality was perfect for the brown joggers. Ordered on Monday evening and it was delivered Saturday morning. Would like better comms to advise of when an item has been dispatched but otherwise all good!!

Lol, Ive been absolutely shafted by this meady company been nearly 3 months since i ordered from them, still not recieved my order, tried to contact them, to no success, messaged them on socials, nothing either.

Could be such a great brand. Over 2 month since my order with no contact from them even after multiple emails and instagram messages. £140 which I will unlikely been seeing again until I take further action against them. This is why you don’t support the small business

Riding a very fine line toward being an outright scam company. Ordered in late December and haven’t received anything by April. Contacted the seller multiple times and later to request a refund to no response. Clearly this issue is not localised to myself. Just having the placeholder for a customer service link on the website is a joke.

I would suggest anyone else that can’t get their money back takes the company to a small claims court also.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago. Still no update on shipping. Emailed and messaged on TikTok no reply. Can’t believe it as I really liked the look of the brand but this is truly shocking and would not recommend buying!!!

Had been following the brand for a while & purchased a brown hoodie. Was told shipping would start from the 4th of March. Still has not arrived. No customer service email, messaging on instagram. Provided me with a tracking number for Royal Mail that states ‘tracking will be updated when we’ve attempted to deliver your item’. From the looks of other reviews, I’ve been shafted as well.

Shocking company. DONT BUY. I bought a tracksuit which said that it would be shipped on 4th March. Now it’s the 13th March and it hasn’t been shipped nor has there been an update. I have sent them messages on Instagram but no reply and there’s no email on the website either.

First and last time ordering from them, ordered from them on 5th January this year, got the order placed email, haven't heard anything since, waste of time even trying to email these man.

Really bad service, don't order, it's a scam, I paid for pants and since then it's as if the earth swallowed the seller, no answer, no delivery number, I doubt if the delivery left the store or if there is a store? Please do not order

Dont buy from this Company.. I ordered a white tee and the Tokyo pants. I did that before I read the reviews. I should not have done that. Nice clothes, but terribly handled. I wrote with William on instagram, and when I asked about the order he told me to not worry, it would be sent on Monday. I did not recive anything, so I wrote again and told him that I would do a charge back with my bank, and then suddenly he answered and asked if I had done the charge back or wanted to get a refund. I told him that I wanted the refund so we could avoid the charge back. Then he just saw my message and did not reply. Very unserious company in how he handles customers. Don’t recommend buying from this company to anyone…

The quality of the products is okay. One of the pockets on some black cargos broke on their first wear just from sitting down...

I ordered some cargos on October 21st and have had no communication since. I have messaged the brand multiple times on social media to be ignored and there has been no communication about a dispatch date or what is happening with my order.

No rating low enough to describe just how poor the customer service is from this company. I am a supporter of up and coming brands, but like many others it seems I have not received my order.

Been ordering from William Giles for years now, customer service always on point keeping me constantly updated on all shipping times. Quality of products is second to none, still wearing the first pieces I bought. Will continue to buy and follow their journey 💯

if you can appreciate the art of simplicity, William Giles hits the nail on the head.

from the cargos to the tees, the quality is so good, especially the t-shirts which I would say are some of the best t shirts I’ve ever bought and worn. the colour and fit is never compromised after multiple washes and it maintains it’s quality as if they were brand new

for the price, the quality and style is second to none and the brand are generous with their sales and sale prices.

I’ve always found the delivery to be quick and respect that they’re honest enough on their socials if they know there’s going to be a delay due to new stock etc

I will continue to buy from William Giles without a single doubt🤝
