I was so disappointed. The doll's head was crooked and the clothing did not match as advertized. It was a cheep version of the advertized doll. So sad. Writing a review on their site was made impossible, and returning was made too difficult. I did write an email to the company and after many days received an email saying that I received the exact doll I order. This is a Scam

The dolls looked so lovely that I thought of checking Trustpilot.com only after making the purchase. Immediately after the purchase I cancelled the order, but of course they still charged my card. As a response to my cancellation they even sent someone else's tracking number that pre-dates my order and claimed it to be the proof of why they cannot cancel the order. I reported it to the bank and they are dealing with it officially. I will update the review if there is an unexpected development. Unfortunately, I'm not very hopeful, so far nothing indicates that this is an honest business.

I also did not receive the dolI I ordered! I took considerable time viewing all the dolls as it was for a present for my newborn, great niece. The doll had a different face and hair style. I also paid extra for a gift box, it arrived wrapped in cardboard and tape!!! I’m not only furious but embarrassed!! The delivery was nearly a month! I contacted the company regarding delivery and I was told,” to be patient”! Like the other customers I wish I had investigated the Company further!

Like everyone on here, the doll I received from WILLFUL was nothing like what is advertised on their website. Cheap and certainly not handmade. Make sure you avoid.

Waste of money and time. No response when e-mailed, took 3 weeks to arrive, quality is horrible. I wish I'd done a better job of checking them out, but nothing on Face book indicated this was a Chinese website.

Absolute Chinese junk! The dolls look nothing like the pictures. They are stuffed into a plastic bag and shipped in a black plastic bag. Avoid this company at all costs! A great big Facebook Scam!

Total crap. I bought two dolls and they don’t look like the ones in their website. The facebook ad had been appearing in my feeds with really nice comments but now I can’t find it.

This is a scam. After much back and forth with the post office trying to track the parcel and some 4 scam messages/emails asking for more money because item was being held at the post office,a parcel finally arrived which when open was a ring in a box...not the 2 dolls I had ordered. I have tried contacting Calliern which seems to be the logistics company Willfulshop.com uses but have had no response. We have found the ring on another website. The ring is clearly fake. The logistics came through China and the return address on the parcel is an asian name with a po box in NSW. Please do not fall for this it is clearly a complicated scam. I and my grandaughters who were to receive the dolls are very disappointed.

These people are running an online scam and they should be stopped. I ordered three differently named dolls and received only one doll with three sets of clothes. I purchase three dolls to give to my three granddaughters. What on earth will I do with one doll and three sets of clothes? I either ordered three dolls with clothes or three sets of doll clothes, but not one doll with three sets of clothes. Avoid these people like a plague. Aside from this Christmas disaster, the quality of the product is not worth $1 USD.

I ordered two dolls 6 weeks ago and heard nothing recieved nothing. Said fast delivery 7 to ten days what a lie I want a refund but obviously will not get one

This company is absolutely awful at misleading people into buying supposedly handmade dolls. They are cheap and nasty, not at all as advertised. I purchased two and am very disappointed. Have contacted company and was offered a 10% discount. This is a joke. I paid £68 and these are actually only worth the 10% they have the cheek to offer in refund. Have contacted PayPal to see if they can help with refund. Let's see. Please don't purchase they are absolutely shocking!!!!

Product doesn’t look like what’s presented in the website at all, certainly doesn’t look handmade (made in china) and not at all like the 35 dollars I paid for it. So far costumer service doesn’t answer me, so definitely don’t order there!!!

I assumed for the price I would be receiving a high quality hand made doll. What I got instead was a cheap plastic faced doll with awful knitted clothes that looked nothing like the image. Even though they state they will refund you, they do not! No option to return as its been shipped from China. Terrible customer service and they has the audacity to offer a discount so I could buy more products after I asked for a refund and where I could send my item back to.

I ordered 5 dolls on facebook that were on sale, and they took the money out of my account in December 2022, but I still haven't received my order. I have tried contacting them, but there's no phone number and they don't reply. I have emailed them to two different email addresses and left messages on facebook, but they never respond. I am so disappointed and upset, because I'm struggling financially, and this was our Christmas. They took my money, but I haven't received my order. I never received a tracking # on my order. This is Horrible, and It's stealing from people and illegal.

Total scam... received a cheap doll not worth €5.. buyer beware

Cheap quality doll comes from China not a small business like they claim. Mine arrived damaged and the gift box which I paid extra for didn't arrive. They wouldn't accept return and offered 5% compensation which is £1.20. They have over 94% 1star reviews for a reason. AVOID

I fell for this SCAM!!!
They are stealing money from innocent people!!! They will send you CRAP if anything. And PayPal will not return your money. It happened to me! The doll I received was a keychain. The ones you can get in a vending machine.

Last year I fell for this scam but I didn’t even get a doll just a pair of cheap trousers. I fought them for ages but to no avail. PayPal refunded my money. They should not be allowed to continue selling on Facebook or any other site

DO NOT BUY - This is nothing more than cheap reproduced tat from China that's a far cry from the advertised dolls and worth no more than a few quid. Biggest rip off I came across! They should have never been allowed to advertise on Facebook as a legit small business and scam people at this scale.
