Don't trust this company. The doll I received was far from the doll I had ordered as advertised. It was cheap quality, smaller than expected, not boxed the way it was advertised online. Looks like made in China and mass produced. If I had known, I would not have paid the special price, let alone the full price. Surprise, surprise when I contacted the company via email, the email could not be delivered. If I could give this company less than a 1 star rating I would. Don't fall for the reviews on their website, more than likely done by friends and family of this so-called company.

So disappointed in these dolls what arrived in the order is not at all like what is shown on the website and for the "apparently discounted price" of $39.99 definitely not worth the money the dolls look nothing like they are depicted and the one I picked specifically are shown with teddies or bunnies none of whom arrived with the dolls I tried several times to contact the seller/company to no avail each email was shown to be undelivered so again Scammers never ever buy anything from these people

Received the doll I ordered but it was crushed in bubble wrap. No gift box that I requested. The picture show the doll in the presentation box with a little teddy bear. What I received was a large teddy bear head only. Every time these dolls are advertised on FB it is a different company. One star is generous. My days of buying anything through FB are done. They all are scams!

I ordered two dolls and only received one which was not either of the ones I ordered.
My email came back to me . I called customer service and got a voice mail, and no response yet. I will call my credit card company and start a case.

Difficult to get order status updates, the doll arrived it is beautiful but the box was nothing as shown on pictures / paper thin flat box!

I wish I would have seen these reviews before. I, too, purchased items from this shop. I have not received anything yet. I have been trying to track the package and so far it's gone from Illinois to New York. I tried emailing them but the site hasn't launched yet, so it said. I can't even remember how I came upon the site to order anything. I hope it does come so maybe I can contact them to get my money back.

I just checked my bank account and it seems that the purchase went through under the company name of JX Fashion Inc. My bank is very good at alerting me if they believe it is a fake company and they didn't, so I will just have to wait and see what shows up at my house.

What a scam, the doll came in some bag. It was awful, looked like it was abused and homeless. Scary, how I got their site but they need to be shut down. we need to get the fraud alert and crack down on these crooks
I didn't even want to put any star, but wouldn't be able to comment. They are a fraud and a scam!! I have tried to reach out, but no site and email came back! can't find the charge so I could dispute it, must be a false name, check your charges.

I wish I could give this company a zero score! Total rip off! The dolls don’t even remotely resemble the pictures. Very poor quality! The free gift, valued at $16.99 was a flat teddy bear head with a hole in the back! The gift boxes (which they charged you for)were folded thin cardboard that I don’t think could make a box, with no instructions. In all fairness I did reach out to them for a refund, but I just did that today. Hopefully they will honor their 30 day satisfaction guarantee. It’s just a hassle I didn’t think would be necessary.

I mistakenly thought I would receive the doll & tiny teddies in the advertisement plus paid extra for gift box and was promised free gift worth £16.99.
Instead I received a very ugly doll that looked nothing like advertised, the head of a teddy only and a crushed cardboard box that was supposed to be a gift box and no free gift.
Luckily I paid through PayPal and received a full refund.

Placed my order 6 weeks ago and still haven't received my order.

Absolutely a piece of junk! I have never been so disappointed in my life!! I bought it for my baby great granddaughter for a gift and I was to ashamed to give it to her. 😞😩

Wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased. What rubbish! Half the size and UGLY compared to the ones pictured. Obviously a Chinese scam! DO NOT BUY!!!

SCAM do not buy , they trade under several different names .
Last year they were LAYSSARD using same photographs and same closing down sob story.
I was taken in and purchased 2 dolls and received 2 monstrosities not fit to give to any child,trying to get a refund was impossible and all emails were ignored , so I was left out of pocket while these scammers are taking it in !!

Just wanted to say how glad I am to have read these reviews BEFORE I ordered, I thought about it at the last minute. As you can imagine I will not be ordering from this company. Thanks everyone ☺️

Dolls do not come with the pictured bears or rabbits. All you get is the doll, and maybe the cheap box if you pay extra. Also, the doll's hair looks like a toddler got ahold of a pair of scissors and chopped off large chunks of hair in the back (up to 3 inches cut off).

Do not buy from this company! Terrible doll arrived in the post in a little black bag from China. Complete waste of money. Bought for our grandchild but bin it has gone.

This is a scam. When I received the doll it looked like it came from the dollar store. It took 3 months to receive the doll.

Don’t waste your money on these dolls - they look nothing like the photograph. You will be very disappointed!!

So disappointed in this purchase. Dolls are not as pictured at all! Faces look absolutely nothing like their pictures online. Hair is thin and cheap looking. The dress on one of them is totally different from picture online. I have emailed the company 3 times requesting return info with absolutely no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE POORLY MADE DOLLS!
