Bezorging is mogelijk in heel België. Bezorging in Duitsland, België en Frankrijk is mogelijk via onze dochterbedrijven.

Dear,
Thank you very much for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the wines didn’t meet your expectations, we truly regret that. Taste is, of course, a very personal matter, and it can happen that a wine doesn’t quite suit your palate.
Fortunately, we offer a wide and varied selection of wines, with many different styles and flavor profiles. We’re confident that there’s something in our range that will match your taste perfectly.
We’d also like to remind you of our tasting guarantee: when you order a box of wine, you can try one bottle first. If the wine isn’t to your liking, we’ll collect the remaining five bottles free of charge. You can then choose either a refund or to exchange them for a different wine.
We hope this helps make up for the disappointment, and we’d love the chance to surprise you with a wine that does match your taste in the future.
Best regards,
Bintsje || Webcare team Wijnvoordeel

Dear Mr. Myers,
Thank you very much for your review.
How incredibly annoying that the driver left the shipment unattended at the door and immediately drove away. We will immediately report the complaint to PostNL so that the driver can be addressed.
Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
