Unbelievable client service combined with good quality products
I ordered a Valentines present which was supposed to come during a certain timeframe given my holidays. There were serious struggles with the delivery. The client service of smartphoto was very helpful and resent the package to my holidays address abroad. Again struggles with delivery. The client service was again very helpful and reimbursed me the amount spent given the ''frustration'' despite the fact that the package (which we deemed was lost) just arrived (after 3 weeks) on my home address. I am truly very thankful for an online company which takes such pride in their service and who takes all the efforts to provide customized help!
