great service, good wine
I always order by wijnvoordeel my favourite wine. I can order very easy, its reliable service and a very nice selection of wines. I must be honest, that my first order was not so easy to deal with, but after beeing now a client of two years, I can say that I would not change my wine supplier.

Very happy with their selection and service. Offering good deals on amazing wines with fast delivery. Sometimes so tempting I buy even when I don’t need to. I definitely recommend using them if you are a wine lover.

I've been a loyal customer with this establishment for sometime now, I'm very happy and glad that I found them course, not only the wine they sell is exclusive but also the service is great. All wines are accurate with the explanation of taste and vintage. My favourite that I always order is the Casa Safra collection, never got any complaints from my friends whom always attending my party's. I highly recommend this establishment and website to buy your wines course their the best in the Netherlands. Thank you very much and will for sure get more wines from this establishment.

Shipment claims not handled correctly.
Ordering process was easy, prices were attractive.
Handling of a shipment was not successful. One box has been broken by PostNL, found by PostNL. I requested to resent it selected day. Unfortunately it was delivered simply next day, even with no chance to select delivery period on PostNL site. Delivered to neigbours and the package was waiting almost one week for my return home.

However, the fact that the supplied wine has been delivered the next day - while you requested another delivery day - is kind of unfortunate. This also needs a little explaining: We always try to resent wines as quickly as possible, so our customers won't be affected (too much) by this. Most of the time, customers are delighted to receive their missing box the next working day, but in your case this turned out unwelcome due to the fact that you weren't home for a couple of days. I apologize for this inconvenience. I'm sure a next order and delivery will run smoothly.
