Whether you are looking at a trike or an expensive climbing frame, you can get an idea from looking at a picture on a web site but you can not beat actually seeing it and even giving it a shake to see how sturdy it is. We leave you alone while you look and try the different items but we are available if you do have any questions or would like any help but we will not chase you around while you are looking.

Fantastic
Really positive experience. The delivery was fast and the service was excellent. The person who delivered our trampoline was knowledgeable and helpful - the whole experience had a genuine “family business” feel in terms of communication and service. I’ll definitely be using Wicken Toys again and highly recommend them.

Regards the product a BERG Biky balance bike. Great quality product that looks to live up to the reviews around quality and features. Wicken Toys having actual stock and their website advising of available stock level is great.
For sure will think of Wicken again where purchasing items of this nature in the future.

I ordered a swing/ slide set from Wicken toys. They have an excellent customer services, they keep you very well informed about the delivery. The set came with all the instructions and required pieces. Most of all, the order arrived the following day. What more can you ask for. Absolutely brilliant .
