I ordered a swing/ slide set from Wicken toys. They have an excellent customer services, they keep you very well informed about the delivery. The set came with all the instructions and required pieces. Most of all, the order arrived the following day. What more can you ask for. Absolutely brilliant .

Communication and delivery

What a fantastic climbing frame,my daughter loves it especially the den.Well built and sturdy. Took a little over an hr with 2 people building it went together easily.

My order hadn’t shown up on the delivery date and I was unable to get in contact with the courier. I phoned Wicken and team immediately sprung to action, got hold of the courier and confirmed that the order was lost in transit. It looked like we wouldn’t be getting it before Christmas but Wicken immediately dispatched a replacement. Fortunately for everyone involved, the original order turned up two days later!

Brilliant customer service from this company. We had an issue with a part getting damaged during our "self build" and company arranged a replacement from the manufacturer at no extra cost. Would recommend ordering from them but next time I'll pay them to do the build!

I called Wicken Toys regarding a second hand Berg go kart. The man I spoke to was so helpful and was able to find the exact year of make and whether any new accessories would fit. He gave me information regarding the new models of the go kart and he was so informative that I decided to buy a brand new Berg go kart. It was delivered promptly and all assembled with the people who delivered it being so helpful and explaining how everything worked. My son absolutely loves it and o could not recommend this company more. We are delighted and will be purchasing any new accessories for the go kart for my son’s birthday from this company as well, even though we are based a considerable distance away. 5 stars all round!

Great communication and product from Wicken toys, would 100% buy again from them. Shame about APC overnights delivery service and attitude when collecting our parcel from local depot though.

Great bike - arrived quickly. Communication was great and the delivery driver was polite.

The purchase of my trampoline was easy. And at a decent price for a Berg Trampoline.
The only issue I had was the communication about delivery. I ordered an inground trampoline and a cover. So it would be 2 packages. When delivery came I was out but I have doorbell cameras that caught only 1 package being delivered. But no communication from Wicken about the missing package. I had to ring to find out that the second package wasn't in stock so would be delivered separately and I would be contacted when that happened.
Eventually the second package arrived (but I wasn't advised by Wicken it was back in stock).

So the product itself is good, the communication needs improving.

Quick delivery, pleased with item

Our first time ordering with Wicken Toys, we ordered a Berg Balance Bike for our son. Website was easy to use, great price, really fast dispatch and delivery. Would recommend.
