never saw sale my rep after signing up Was ok for a while, was told it was month to month when we signed on. Somewhere along the line it switched to a 3 year contract without notice, and then received a phone call when we were closing our doors due to retirement wondering why our sales were down. I tried to return machine and was told the forementioned and was told there is a early cancelation fee. charged us a minimum fee each month and then charged us a earl termination fee also. I would not recommend this company due to lack of good communication and lack of respect to a retirement closing!!!
