Jessika was awesome! She was very personable and knowledgeable. She even stayed past closing to be sure we were taken care of.

Company seemed fine and processing was acceptable. Salesman neglected to be clear that it was a 3 year contract with little hope of leaving without an early termination charge. Once they got the equipment back, a charge was sucked out of our bank account with NO Notice of when it would happen. This resulted in yet another charge for overdraft. Stay away or read every word of the very long contract.

Monica St. Clair made this experience a great one. She was very patient and helpful in getting my request handled. She was also very kind during the process. She provided great customer service.

Although wholesale wasn’t compatible with MADAM VIBEZ LLC. I must appreciate the Support Agent Ashley Martinez for taken the time to go through my case and explaining what went wrong and fixing it. She gave me a solution instead of just leaving me in a contract where I couldn’t use their products. She made this experience so much better and I really appreciate her for that. Thank you Ashley! If you ever need assistance I recommend asking for her personally!
