Great service

Very helpful in getting my whisky ready for auction and achieved a good price. Free pickup for 6 bottles worked really well, and agreed a good strategy to get the best returns. Commission very reasonable as well. Good job guys 👍🏻🥃

it was very good communication between me and the wh team. the whisky were very good presented and the slot was also very well chosen.
the started price was for all of them the same, what in my opinion probably not the best approach was, but at the end of the day the buyers are those who directed the price

Excellent !

Even though I only had one bottle for sale, Evan guided me through the whole process in an exceptional friendly way.
I was given clear and correct information from the start.
If I ever have a bottle for sale in the future, I will, without any doubt, turn to Whisky Hammer again.

Great Result

I sold a couple of bottles that had been lying about in the family coffers for years. Getting the bottles to the auction was made simple and I received the upper end of the company's valuation.

Whisky Hammer made selling my collection so simple and easy! The ability to see my lots during the auction made the whole experience very satisfying. My lots actually achieved more than the high estimate!
Finally when all was completed, the money I received was exactly what I expected, no hidden charges. I wish I had another collection of whisky to sell, and I would definitely use Whisky Hammer again.
A brilliant company worthy of trusting, five stars for sure.

Hi Vladimir,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, although it is disappointing to see it is one star, especially given that we have already discussed this in detail with you.

As we discussed, the addition of a reserve to a lot is at the seller's discretion - we will not routinely reach out to customers or take the liberty of adding reserves to lots on their behalf. Aside from that being impractical with a few hundred sellers each month, we have many customers who do not use reserves and it is not for us to impose a reserve upon a seller, especially when it comes with an implicit cost.

Reserves can be added when registering your lots for sale or by emailing us stating that you wish to add a reserve prior to the start of the auction.

I hope the above explains how the reserves work but if you are still unclear, please feel free to get in touch directly and I would be happy to help.

Kindest regards

Duncan
