Very easy to do business

Very easy to do business, quick responses to emails and very informative! My item for sale arrived later than it should and they still pushed it into the auction. It also sold for the advised guide price so very happy!

Excellent Customer Service

I can’t rate this company enough, they made it so easy for us to sell the whiskey we had. All we had to do was package it up. They collected it, put it through the auction with all the descriptions needed and once finished the money was transferred to my account. It was absolutely flawless. Great customer service and a delight to deal with.

Replies and guidance in making my first sale were prompt, polite and proffesional, which made the auction a great experiance! The auction process was very innovative and fair, I just wish I had some more bottles to auction!

Very nice and helpful

Very nice and helpful. I'm old and not used to computers.
I had a bottle of whisky from a person who donated it for the firefighter charity.
You were very helpful telling me how to get it to you etc. so I could get it sold , so the charity could get more money.
I was able to make a nice little bit for the charity. thanks
