The quality is very good, fine leather and the mats that fit in perfect. However the sizing is a bit off. The front leather flooring doesn't quite fit either sode of the seat railing. Making it slight... See more

Easy to fit but didn’t realise double…
Easy to fit but didn’t realise double layer mat had glitter in them bit girlie for me they may have to go
Never buy from this company - NO REFUND Policy in place
The car mats were of good quality but were too big for my car - they came up under the pedals making it very hard to engage the clutch (manual transmission). I sent photos back to whipmats and received a very polite reply plus replacement mats. However these replacements were almost exactly the same and the 'technical team' who were supposed to be sorting the problem obviously did not bother to look at my photos or read my email. The upshot was I would get a 15% voucher off my next purchase! I emailed a reasonably strong reply and a paltry £18.39. I don't think the company is an actual scam but not to refund when mats clearly do not fit amounts to the same in my view.
Poor quality and poorer after sales service.
Ordered mats for my qasqui and when they eventually arrived the drivers mat did not fit. The creases did not come out of the mats as promised. Despite numerous emails and various photographs they insisted the mats were perfect. They sent a further supply of Velcro following a further complaint from me. No difference - the mat still did not stay put and is now in the bin. Do not touch this company under any circumstances they are just a major scam. Once they have your money they could not care less.
Whipmats cheap rubbish
Whipmats is scam company changing its address and owners weekly.
You order from their glossy adverts across social media claiming to be uk company that manufacture their mats when in fact it’s a lie, they post from china and it takes 3 week to arrive the mats are pack in vacuum packaging causing deep creases in the material ( not leather) they are very thin and made of poor cheap materials
They are not fitted they are not hand made cheap rubbish from china at premium price mine were £149 not worth £40
Please don’t be duped by these conmen.
By far the worst company ever to deal…
By far the worst company ever to deal with as their advertising makes you think they are based in the uk and they have a mobile number displayed on their website which isn't in use as their excuse was they are too busy but really they arent in the uk have emails off them proving this then my parcel went missing and under English consumer law of 2015 it's down to them to reimburse me but they never had to go the bank and claim my money back they are just scammers stay away
Slow to respond
Slow to respond. Front seat mats did not fit, provided photos and explanation - they still haven;t acknowledged the email. Plus, forget about the phone number they give - can never get through!
Waste of money cheap n cheerfully made

Would not recommend to anyone waste of money
Hate being robbed
These mats do not match the fit and…
These mats do not match the fit and quality of the advertised photographs.
And therefore not fit for purpose, on contacting them in this regard they will only refund 40% - 50% if pushed.
If a full refund is required they insist on the mats being returned to Italy ( where by it will cost more than the value)
Avoid at all costs.

Not as advertised
The mats are well made but ill fitting, provided my car make, model and year and still the mats are loose and affect my acceleration and braking. They are nothing like the advertised pictures coming short up the sided and not covering the door steps as advertised. Very disappointed. Waste of £100
Driver footwear mat had wrong pedal positioing
The accelerator pedal on my automatic transmission 2016 Skoda Yeti is floor hinged. Despite correctly inputting my car specification the mat supplied for the driver footwell is for all pedals dropping from behind dashboard.
SCAM MERCHANTS
SCAM MERCHANTS BE WARNED !!!!!!!!!!!!
The escalation to a German debt collection agency with my previous problem with Whimats Ltd is that all I can say is that the entire company staff, including the main Chinese connection, must be acutely colour-blind.
For which I am very sorry.
BUT
We in this fine country of ours, are protected by a consumer act of 2015 which says that the product you purchase correctly must conform to what you are supplied.
I am about to open anew group on @facebook where we can all discuss our rights and shame the “b……..ds” who are out to scam us all, all the time..
Someone has to do it.
The material feels cheap and very light…
The material feels cheap and very light - perhaps my perception was it would be heavier and of a more luxurious feel. The video advert shows a car which has had the mats professionally fitted however the kit comes and its very much DIY. Not bad enough to return for a refund but not overly thrilled. Their e mail comms is good however.
I orded some mats from this company…
I orded some mats from this company gave the make amd model of my cat and the year then when had mats came they didn't fir they were short and didn't cover like the advertising stated was very disappointing. I contacted the company and got a pathetic message from the company that looked like a computer spit out with no response to sorting the issues out . They asked for pictures with I uploaded to the company to show the problem I paid £100 for mats that did not fit or look good as they are short and do not fit my vehicle . Its very didisappointing to get such a poor service and such a lack of helping me with getting the correct mats that would fit my car as I thought I was purchasing but instead got some small mats i could have got off temu for less than £20 ,im not happy with the poor service or the customer response after sending three emails and not having them help with the poor quality or the product I paid for .
