Smaller quantities of bins are despatched on a next working day delivery, larger quantities, 4 wheeled bins and any adaptions may take a day or two longer to get to you. However you can always use the live chat, email or give us a call to get an ETA.

You had placed your order on Tuesday afternoon evening and your order was dispatched on Wednesday with DX Freight. We have tracking for this order and can see that the order was delivered on Monday and signed for by SAM with a photo POD available.

What let down the service is that they took much longer to arrive than expected, about two weeks.

I am sorry to hear that your delivery was delayed, our couriers are normally very good at delivering items in the lead time we state on our website. However, due to the extra demand of Black Friday and the lead-up to Christmas, there has been some delays.
