Overall very disapointing
After expressing an interest Wevee went in to sales mode. Sending me a list of cars that are available in a matter of 1 to 3 weeks. I selected my spec and had my paperwork. there was then a delay and emails went unanswered or fobbed off. Eventually I was told that this vehicle is no longer available at this price. A factory order could be placed with a 9 month wait and the price would be higher.
I was then given a list of other cars and was promised the delivery Team would be in touch in 2 to 3 days at the latest. 2 months later i took delivery of my car. Although it was a lower spec than I wanted I just wanted to move on and get out of my hire car. New car registrations are now 24 plates and my "New" car was registered in November 2023 so not actually new. Overall very disappointing and deceptive as I now have a 3 year lease for a car that is already 10 months old.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Really helpful people from the initial contact, throughout the process and including the delivery driver who took the time to answer questions. Really pleased with the car and the service and would highly recommend.
No communication
The initial conversations at the beginning of the deal was prompt and updated, but after the confirmation of the vehicle and delivery was with absolutely no communication. Had to waste a whole day from work waiting for the delivery of the new car.

Great job on selecting the car and pricing the lease up (with several revisions from me) and on delivery day organising collection of my old car and delivery of the new one in a short time window.

I had an amazing experience with Wevee. My new car is beautiful and everything they promised. After being let down by Volvo, Noel at Wevee did everything he could to make sure that I received my car within a 2 week period. Great communication and price. Would definitely recommend.

Don't believe the timelines
Started well with good communication but once I had the car ordered things went downhill. I had been advised the car would come in around 2 weeks - it actually took over 2 months. Paperwork was slow, communication stopped, several apparently booked delivery dates were missed. Around 30 chasing emails were made and was constantly told "they were doing everything they could". Set your timeline expectations very low if you are going to go with them.

Dreadful customer service
Awful company to deal with, ordered my second car through them, was expecting g new model Polestar, but received the old model ( the same as the one I already had but inferior spec). Dealt with my complaint really badly; blamed me for not realising which model they meant, refused to answer my phone calls to discuss it, would not call me back and ignored my written complaint.
Great experience
Great experience, from ordering to completion everything went smoothly, I would highly recommend.
