I have called on 7 different occasions…
I have called on 7 different occasions to express my interest in Xiaomi SU7. They are very good at picking the call and every single time I have been told the sales team is busy atm and will call you back. Unfortunately I have not heard back. This company is definitely one to avoid.

Sales rep Tes was great
Sales rep Tes was great, but lack of communication with the deliveries team. Everyone was made fully aware before I signed for the new car, that I need the old one to be retuned by a certain date as I would be out of the country for three months.
Was told this would be ok and not to worry, so I signed. But now the car wont be picked up as promised by the date I gave.
Felt like I had been given false promises to sign a agreement and now I have to travel 200 miles out of my way to ensure the car is returned on the day I leave the country.
This is unacceptable as I made it very clear about my situation

Great service and follow up.
Very helpful team when our Peugeot e-2008 went berserk! They quickly called out roadside repair to see if the AA could fix the issue and then managed to find a much earlier date for a full repair - without being asked! - than our usual garage could manage. Great service and follow up. Thank you.

Prompt in sales, post delivery info poor…
Very prompt and transparent in the sales process and onboarding. The delivery is ok -- the was no detailed information given on how to get servicing or tyres done etc, apart from a phone number which was not the preferred route for the vehicle supplier -- I had to ring the leasing company and spend an hour finding out what to do, when this could have been summarised in a simple document
Not a great start!
So I made x2 online enquiries and made x2 calls directly all in the same day.No response to my email/online form submitted enquiry. No one has yet returned either of my x2 calls same day...Not off to a good start and these people were recommended to me by another customer..5pm today deadline then I go elsewhere !!

WeVee have been fantastic. They found a car at a great price for me, and sorted out delivery for me to tie in with the end of my previous car lease. They always answered questions straight away, and were super helpful at every stage.

Awful post-sales support
Quick enough to quote yet after sales support is non-existent.
Since placing my order, I’ve had to do all the chasing and was given a delivery date of 19th December which has been and gone. Been given a bunch of excuses including the car having a flat tyre despite being sat in the PDI centre for two weeks prior to my supposed delivery date.
Further more, the car itself still hasnt been registered with the DVLA so why they supposedly tried to drive it without getting that firmed up is beyond me.
Only today have they told me where my car supposedly is sitting despite repeated requests for this information and conveniently, they are now closed so no means of talking to them. Also no option to collect the car from site (its a car dealership!) so again, not convinced.
In short, what initially seemed like a good company to work with turned sour. Aftersales support is awful and there are too many factors not aligning for all of these supposed issues to be true.
Sooner I speak direct to the dealership, the better….
UPDATE 3/1/25 - vehicle due to be delivered today which was confirmed to me in previous emails and again yesterday when I followed up to double check and its again failed, this time due to a ‘non-runner delivery truck’. Not even the decency to phone, just a generic email. WeVee still refusing to allow me to speak directly to the dealership. Might get it some point this year!
New car received as expected
New car received as expected. Good communication throughout the process. It would be great to have someone "handover" the car to help us with the basics. I watched a 1h30 youtube video and it did the trick! :)

A good experience dealing with WeeVee. I had previously used WeeVee to lease an EV and once again they came through with a uitable vehicle meeting my criteria.
After providing WeeVee with my criteria they promptly came back with options and worked through these with me to ensure that the vehicle would be delivered within a day of the return of my previous vehicle.
Happy with the service.

Review on condition of the car
There were scratches on the car. Noise coming from the air that comes over the car as the car gets to 70 miles an hour. And there is a sound like a window is open at the front of the sunroof. The car was also not cleaned to the correct standard for a new car delivery.
