From beginning to end, everything was remarkably straightforward. Kammran, my primary point of contact, was exceptionally supportive, swiftly addressing all my inquiries and suggesting options I wasn’t aware were available. The entire journey, from asking for a quote to receiving my vehicle, lasted just a little over two weeks, which was much faster than I anticipated.

The initial sales pitch is first class they go out of their way to help you choose a car. I gave a 5 star review for this
But when something goes wrong they couldn't care less. I purchased a BMW I4 which dose not give anywhere near the advertised range. I reached out to Wevee and they fobbed me off with going direct to the dealer to discuss and advised they were only a broker to get the sale and in fact the lease i have is with Lex so I have to deal with them. This will be the only car I get with this company. Now left with a car that is rubbish that charges up to less capacity than my wifes old NIssan Leaf.
Well NO contact from them at all since their response on here.

Ordering a my new car
Tes, who walked me through this entire process was absolutely brilliant, she was exceptionally knowledgeable about all aspects of the process and various different vehicle options. She took on board my needs and came up with several good options that suited my needs to a tee, when I decided on the option that suited me she organised a test drive instantly and on confirmation of my choice she organised the paperwork for me to sign. I can't praise her highly enough.

Do not use them!
Do not use them. I was misled on the lease amount by their useless sales staff.
I complained to the CEO, Paul, who accepted the staff member made a mistake but would not take responsibility and offered no form of compensation. He just kept pointing to the terms and conditions. He has ignored my correspondence since. We are considering taking legal action.
Awful
Awful . Nobody picks the phone up , staff fob you off constantly. Four days of waiting to book a car return in nobody returns calls and get told I will get a high priority call back and nothing. Very poor service.

Fantastic service
The process has been so simple from start to finish. My main contact (Kammran) was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions fully in a speedy manner, even providing alternatives that I didn't know were even possible. From first requesting a quote to having my vehicle delivered took just over 2 weeks, far quicker than I ever expected it to be.

The entire process — from inquiry to delivery — was smooth and well-organized. I especially appreciated how clearly they explained everything, including the lease terms, insurance, government incentives, and home charger installation. There were no hidden fees or last-minute surprises, which gave me a lot of confidence.
